I'm really sorry to have to leave this review, but I just had this experience and it was so disappointing, I had to get it out. I ordered a Jr. Buffalo Chicken and Onion Rings through the drive through. The onions rings were so well done.... just short of being burnt.... hard and tasteless. The Jr. Buffalo Chicken was all bun. I know I ordered junior but if the chicken is smaller, shouldn't the bun be? Literally so much bun. And the chicken was hard, dry, so unenjoyable . Come on guys.... you gotta do better then this!

I'm always here as Harvey's is my top choice for fast food. But unfortunately last Saturday I picked up a stomach bug. I ordered using a coupon, it was a Angus burger combo, large onion rings and bottled water. It's now Monday and I'm slowly getting better.

It has been a while since we have been to Harvey's but on this occasion we drove through. We had to wait longer than most for our order and it appeared the dining room was closed with a number of disappointed customers driving away while we waited. The staff member was pleasant and apologetic. The fries were barely warm when we did get the food but they do make a good burger option. We will likely be back but I prefer dining in .... they need to do better or they will lose customers.

I used to really enjoy this location but lately it has been a big disappointment. Tonight I ordered two kids chicken nuggets meals and a chicken sandwich combo. The chicken nuggets (4) were the size of popcorn chicken so needless to say my kids are kids are still hungry...and my chicken sandwich was so dry it was like a brick...I've never had a chicken sandwich like that...I couldn't chew it. Last week my father-in-law picked up lunch for the family and we were missing items. The week before that I ordered a chicken wrap with Chipotle sauce and whoever made it must have emptied the bottle on my wrap because it was a soggy inedible mess....I literally scraped spoonfuls of sauce off of the wrap. I don't see us returning to this location anytime soon.

They never get the order right. It takes forever and they have ridiculous rules for how to explain toppings. Most times you will drive away with an incomplete order, although they charged you for it lol. Rings were cold and oily by the time the burger arrived to my parked car 15 minutes later. And the burger tasted disgusting.Don't go to this Harvey's! It's horrible.I've written to you Harvey's. It's gonna take a LOT to get my family back.

I have been here several times and the food has been great, and the employees very friendly! However at least the last 2 times I have been the sign on the door said it was drive thru only because of not enough staff. Hopefully we will be able to dine in again soon.

This is a typical Harvey's. Nothing special. It was clean and staff is friendly and tried to be helpful. Burgers are not homemade. They are premade hamburger patties (My dad used to call them Steakettes).But my complaint is, I didn't have current coupons because I don't get junk mail" in my P.O. Box

I am very disappointed with Harvey's. My recent delivery on UberEats was from Harvey's, let me note that the courier was quick and efficient, it was the restaurants fault that my food was rock-solid and I choked briefly and had to spit my veggie burger out. The patty was burnt to a crisp and was stale. The bread was stale and crunchy like a crouton almost. The burger was so sloppily and carelessly put together, it seemed a toddler created it while playing with random food on their plate. I am lucky I was able to dislodge the patty from my throat, because I was alone in a motel room and wouldn't be typing this if this story went even slightly different and I died by Harvey's burger, what a crazy thing that would make for a coroner's report or autopsy report or on my death certificate. Death by Harvey's" well I survived. Asked for a refund. Was argued with on the phone and she tried blaming the ubereats driver for the food being so spoiled as if it were sitting out in the sun to dry for 2 days straight. How could my favourite restaurant where I can actually eat as a vegetarian..do this to me? I had to throw out the whole meal and snacks other than the Hershey's pies. Those were heavenly and amazing. I can say though

Thank you for making things right with my family. When I came to Canada in 2010 my husband brought me to Harvey’s. It was my first perfect burger from a restaurant where I could build my own. I realized that day that Harvey’s care about their customers, and handles them selves with honour and integrity. It’s nice to see that Harvey’s still has these qualities. Thank you again
