Everything about my experience at Moissy was amazing! I went in not really knowing what to expect, or what to look for, but the staff were super patient with us, and very knowledgeable, and Chelsea helped me create my dream ring. I get compliments on it all the time! Highly highly recommend Moissy to anyone looking for a moissanite ring.

What an amazing experience ! My best friend and I booked an appointment to try on engagement rings and their selection is incredible. I was able to find the ring of my dreams with Chelsea’s help. We never felt rushed, and she helped us design our rings. The price points are unmatched! Highly recommend.

Very, very happy with the level of service that we received here. We had to book an appointment online, which was super easy. When we arrived we were greeted by very friendly staff. Lloyd primarily helped us out (with others help as well), and he was fantastic. He took the time to listen to our needs and concerns, and really helped to find the perfect ring. The staff were all very knowledgeable as well.They followed covid protocols as well, everything was sanitized and cleaned thoroughly, and we felt safe throughout our visit.So glad I came across this place on Instagram. Gorgeous location, beautiful rings and very kind and helpful staff. I really do recommend checking them out, you will not be disappointed at all.

(Updated review) the Customer service is great , they helped my fiancé pick a ring based on my great grandmother's ring that I said I really liked. They showed him various options and price points all of which were super reasonable. I also went there myself to choose my wedding band and had a very easy time deciding on that and they were super helpful. You also get a small discount when you buy your band from them if your engagement ring is from there too. After some communication with the customer service I'll also be investing in their lifetime warranty which is a great deal overall. Just keep in mind if you need your ring serviced in any way they will have to send it to Toronto to their jewlers there, so you will be without your ring for a few weeks. Over all I would reccomend moissy 100%. I did not want a diamond and this is one of the few places in the area that offers moissanite in store.

While on a family road trip, my fiancé surprised me by taking me to Moissy! Apparently he contacted the owner, Colleen (super professional and knowledgeable) two weeks prior. Colleen and her team helped him create the perfect and most memorable experience for me. Her jewellery store is set up in true boutique style✨ clean, pretty and unique. I felt very comfortable being there. Especially since I was with my 7 month old baby (during these times of Covid). Her staff are super sweet as well. I love how they educated me on the benefits of getting moissanite. In addition, they helped me learn about the different ring styles and sizing suitable for me. I am beyond happy with the service and product received from Moissy Fine Jewellery. Will definitely be recommending. Thank you Moissy team for being apart of my special moment. Such a great experience.

Went in yesterday as a walk in. The lady was amazing. She was extremely helpful and patient. She put no pressure and helped me narrow down the style I liked. I really recommend this place!
