Lathered Cleaning Company Inc. - Chestermere & Strathmore - Commercial & Residential Cleaners

I hired lathered for the $150 for 5 hours. Initially, I emailed twice before getting a response. Then after they responded to my second email, I had to email them twice before they responded to actually set something up so the communication was poor. The excuse was that some of my emails went to junk, funny how the email that didn't go to junk was the one where I said it was my second attempt a second time. They arrived at 1:00pm and left after two hours (they said 2 people being there for 2.5 hours is the same as 1 person for 5) which is fine, but they didn't even meet the 2.5 hours. I filled out the questionnaire on what was important to me and the only thing they did out of what I said was important was my floors and bathrooms. They said they spot cleaned the walls which they didn't, baseboards weren't done which I said was important as well as the walls, and they said they cleaned the inside of the microwave which they didn't. They also did not clean the grit from inside the toilet bowl. I emailed them following this to explain I was a disappointed and then they said they were sorry and would send out a senior person to fix the issues Wednesday or Thursday. I emailed back saying either day was fine and again did not get a response and no one came either day. My home is 1464 square feet and 2 bedrooms and one bathroom aren't even used so it's quite small so I would expect the things I said were important would be done but I guess not. I would definitely not recommend them due to service and communication.

Decided to keep this one! Very happy with results and cleaner than I’d ever get it. Highly recommend!!

I have had Lathered Chestermere out to my place many times now and I love walking back in to a perfectly clean home - the fresh smell (not overwhelming), impression/impact & relief for not having to tackle it myself is worth it! I love that the follow the Lathered list so you know what was done, they always find a few extras and leave a nice note.

So incredibly impressed with Lathered! I’ve been through a few cleaners lately as I’m very limited in what I can do and non of them compared to Lathered! Best in the business!❤️❤️

The absolute best and thorough clean! I appreciate the “Lathered List” to see and know what they got done! It’s so easy to arrange a clean. They bring everything they need! The smell, appearance and lift they give me homebrings me so much joy to come home too.The only recommendation I’d have is to give people a better idea of the time it’ll take (I also know, to some extent, you won’t know until you’re into the clean) - do you have a team of one coming and you should plan on being gone for the day or a team of two and only a few hours etc. … I know I’d appreciate more people, less time but if that’s something we could let you know at booking?!?

The team that came to our home were friendly, courteous & respectful. They did a very thorough job of cleaning our home and we will happily have them back & as such we are booking a monthly service with them! I also find their website and billing & payment services to be excellent and very easy to use. Thank-you for a job well done!

We had lathered for monthly cleaning service in which they provide a checklist" of all standard items that are guaranteed to be completed during your clean. The cleaning staff have always been polite and kind

This was my first time hiring someone to clean my house. Jen and Evan were an amazing team who worked very efficiently together. Jen made my bathroom look like a hotel room’s bathroom. She carefully folded each face cloth and towel into a very pretty display. Even folding the toilet paper that was on the roll. I didn’t want to use the bathroom when she was done…it looked so nice! My stove stop and microwave looked brand new when they were done scrubbing. It was super easy to book the appointment initially. The cleaner they used smells fantastic. Jen was very friendlyand personable. They got a lot done in the time they were here. If I am looking to get my house cleaned again I will definitely call Lathered!

I finally booked a cleaner as I am a mom with a lot on the go and felt some house keeping would go a long way in helping with my mental state!I was so looking forward to having my house deep cleaned and a starting fresh for the fall, but never even received a clean as the person who was scheduled through this company wasn’t here 1.5 hours after our scheduled time of 11am!No body even reached out to me in that time frame. I called them myself to confirm on the one hour late mark, and again to cancel 30 mins later. Do not book this company if you are someone who appreciates punctuality.

The team that came to do a deep clean for a house move out were spectacular! Great value for the price, and really amazing attention to detail!! They were organized and had a checklist that made showing the buyers what was done super clear! THANKS!!!
