Very friendly staff although there was one person who was behind the socks counter seamed rushing as she grabbed to get popcorn before I totally decided the size then got frustrated when I opted for a different size. The rest were extremely nice and I was surprised when leaving and they all were like thank you come again, I hope you enjoyed the show. It was refreshing to have such a pleasant experience.

Nice theater. Great friendly staff. Very clean. But it's freezing in the theater. We went around Christmas time and expected them to have heat on. It felt like the air conditioning was on. I was wearing a sweater and I still froze.The VIP area is very nice. The seats are comfy and it's nice having food brought to your seat. Insanely expensive though. My bill was $70 and that doesn't include the cost of the movie. And we didn't order any alcohol. We ordered nachos and a burger. It was really good. Alcohol is extremely expensive. $18-20 a glass. But we don't drink ourselves. Remember to bring a sweater or jacket if you go.Lots of parking in the high Street mall. Lots of nearby shops if you want to go shopping while you're out. We stopped into Walmart while we were waiting for the movie to start as we arrived too early.

Expensive for what you get. I usually order a small popcorn a small drink a bag of candy and an adult admission and I'll look around $80. The Cineplex in mission is much more affordable for a night out the staff are nicer the places that's crowded and everything is fresh. But with that said the Cineplex and atmosphere has its charms it has an escalator and it has a VIP section which you're paying through the nose but you get treated like a king. Seems that each theater has its merits. And you get what you pay for.

This place is really in need of an upgrade! “VIP” has squeaky, ripped and uncomfortable chairs that only recline a couple inches when you push back on them, food that doesn’t show up and a deteriorated decor means they should really remove the VIP status! Very antiquated set up seeing as you generally spend over $100 for a couple.The standard set up at Landmark cinema in Guildford is so much better for half the cost. Yes you don’t get the food delivered to your seat but now that it might not turn up its not really a benefit that can brag about.

The person taking tickets in the VIP section, Kaitlyn, was incredibly rude.We ordered our food and drinks at the bar, and the bartender was helpful and much more courteous than Kaitlyn, who had a fit when he asked her to hand him our menus.We had the loaded beef nachos and Buffalo cauliflower. The cauliflower was pretty good, but the nachos were awful. I ate less than half of them.Then, the volume in the theater was pretty low, so some dialog was difficult to understand. Overall, this was a terrible experience. It was definitely not worth the price. I suggest eating elsewhere before or after the movie.

We love going to the VIP 19+ section, enjoying a snack, a drink and a game of pool before getting comfortable for a movie. The staff are amazing and the experience is just amazing. The fishbowls are perfect for sharing or not!

VIP is a great way to watch a movie with a loved one. Great food, grab a bite before the movie starts or order from your seat and they bring it all to you!
