Dropped my iPhone 5:30 pm Monday, picked it up first thing Tuesday Morning. Awesome replacement of Screen at a terrific price. I was short a couple of dollars. Owner let me come back later with the remaining funds, just like the 'good ol' days... Keep you the great service.

Honest opinion? Service was amazing, super friendly and I got my phone back the same day.My Pixel'sPixel's port wouldn't hold any cord properly, even the cord it came with. 30min it's like I never had a problem.

We were from out of town and my daughter's iphone 7 stopped working... he took it to investgate the problem on short notice and unfortunately the phone was not repairable. He called us as promised and told us the situation. He was very helpful and reasonable when dealing with him. Great to do business with.. highly recommended.

Fantastic service today. Went in to replace a broken iPhone screen protector. When he discovered my actual glass phone screen was broken - realized I need to replace the whole thing. So he replaced my protector free of charge.Very nice service. Appreciate it.

I couldn't be more impressed with the service we received today. Josh took in our very cracked Samsung phone (screen and back) and returned in like new condition! Too add to the experience, he had it done quickly, within a few hours (on a Saturday no less!) and ensured we had what we needed so it didn't happen again. Today Josh went above and beyond expected! My iphone screen was severely cracked and the display was completely unreadable. I called Josh at 9:15am. He picked up right away and was very friendly. He told me he would call me when he got in to his store at noon to make sure he had the part to replace my iphone 8 plus. He called me shortly after noon and said all was good to go for him to repair my phone. I told him I was at work and was going to get someone to pick up the phone from me at work and drop it off to him. He said to me that he could pop over to my work and pick it up and drop it back off to me in about an hour. I said no that is ok I know you are busy and do not want you to go out of your way, but he insisted. I was blown away with his kindness and exceptional customer service. He also put a glass screen protector on my phone free of charge. His pricing is very reasonable. My phone is like brand new again and I am very pleased. I Highly recommend CONNEXTEL 100%, Very responsive, fast, efficient and friendly.

Josh has helped me out a few times now. He has fixed our broken iPhone screens and did a battery replacement for us. He is fast friendly and reliable and was also very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Connextel.

Very friendly and great service. I bought my girlfriend an engagement ring and when I brought it to another jewellery store in town they said it can't be resized and they wouldn't touch it. So when I brought it in to connected right away the service was excellent and happy to help me. They did an amazing job sizing it and was ready right on time. Thanks again

I brought my phone in to get the screen fixed. I had a new screen and dent removed in three hours. I was pleasantly surprised by the politeness and efficiency of the staff. I felt valued and respected. The price was beautiful. All in all I was so glad I went there.
