One of the best selections of high end frames in the west end; amazing client service; and quality, quality, quality. I’ve been getting my glasses from here for years, as has my wife and my folks. And always a great experience!

Had my eye exam and glasses made today, Cant stop myself in rating this place, I called in for eye exam appointment at 4.00 PM and explained them that my dog chew my glasses and I can not see without my glasses ( had only one pair so stupid of me ), They got me 4.30 PM appt and made my glasses within 10 minutes after my frame selection. I am back to my life and playing my video games tonight..If you need glasses, Just visit this place and make your own call...

Loved this optical store. The people were very friendly and patient with me. I had to come to this place because my glasses where crooked on my face and I needed them adjusted. Throughout the process of adjusting, the team was kind and were ultimately able to fix my glasses in less than 10 minutes. Overall, great service and friendly employees. Definitely recommend this place if you have problem or need glasses.

False Promises repeatedly made when booking your order like Two Frames, Nikon Lenses, Free Delivery of Glasses.None of these big promises were honoured.I was taken aback badely when the owner said that he never said these things.

After visiting 5 optical places for glasses for my family, I was frustrated. One of our Friend recommended this place. Very happy with service, Delivery and # of Branded frames to choose from. Recommend visiting this place in small Plaza. Better than stores in Big Malls.

I broke my glasses, so i found them on google, saw their reviews and stuff so called, made the appointment, and they gave me glasses very same day.So happy to see that they are following their all protocols as mentioned on their google thing, and major thing, their cleanliness!!! Will come again once my insurance is up... Thanks.

Family of five have been supportive to this business for many years now. Unfortunately I will not continue with them. The biz is not transparent with its fees, often saying don’t worry we’ll work it out. My glasses are always inaccurate and I don't receive what I pay for. I’m constantly inconvenienced and provided with false timelines as to when they will be ready. Very little accountability is taken and the blame is always placed on someone else. Very close to home however not worth the headache.
