The Eyeglass Factory
Unbelievably great service experience today. Broke my glasses this morning... well my dog broke my glasses (but that's another story). I called Ben and explained my predicament. He arranged an appointment for me within an hour. Upon arrival measurements were taken and temporary lenses put in (in just 30 mins) until my new lenses arrive. Amazing. Now I can see again. Thank you so much Eye Glass Factory!!!

I have always had an exceptional experience with the amazing staff at The Eyeglass Factory. From having your eyes examined on site by their exemplary optometrist, to finding just the right frames; they are true professionals. They listen carefully to your wants/needs/lifestyle/budget, and help you through the process of finding terrific, stylish, and frankly quite lovely frames that suit you. They always tell you like it is....which is especially helpful when you have difficulty seeing and are choosing such an essential accesory for your daily life; and one that you want to reflect your personality. I have worn glasses for decades, and have never had my frames and prescriptions perfectly fitted....until I found The Eyeglass Factory. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

Excellent service, Henry explained my options for lenses clearly during my fitting. I am very happy with the finish product, frame fit my face almost perfectly with just small adjustment. The lenses were very good; reading and distance both very clear.

I recently purchased a pair of glasses from them. Amazing costumer service, they have a wide variety of frames and the prices were fair. I will definitely go back the next time anyone needs glasses in our household. Thank you so much. :)

I would rate the Eyeglass Factory as first rate. I have been a customer for about five years and have always had a very positive experience. Most recently, Ben and Sari assisted me in choosing new frames. Not easy when wearing a mask. I relied mostly on Sari and Ben and they guided me expertly. Ben has been invaluable in the past doing minor but necessary repairs on a moments notice.Thanks so very very much!!!

1st time eye glass wearer. The Eyeglass Factory is absolutely amazing! Very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable staff with great customer service. It's a far drive for me but 100% worth it. I can't recommend them enough. I will be coming here for years.

Over the past several weeks, I have visited a few places in search of new eye glass frames and new lenses. Each time I walked out, I felt something was 'missing'. I could not pinpoint exactly what it was until I went to the The Eyeglass Factory on Doncaster, Thornhill. Not only was the covid protocol excellently executed, but the customer service and knowledge about the Nikon lenses was A+!!!! I learned so much about what and why the lens I chose was the 'right' one for me and my lifestyle. I had the pleasure of dealing with several of the staff and each one of them were pleasant, patient, honest in their feedback as to which frame best suited me and NOONE tried to persuade me from my decision to choose a black frame. In addition to my experience in the store, their after purchase service is 'spot on' and hassle free... should you require any additional adjustments etc. I HIGHLY recommend The Eyeglass Factory for your optical needs!!
