RBC Royal Bank

Ther worst service, a day ago, I forgot my debit card at home, i need bank statements last 6 months but I have 2 visa card from rbc. I gave her my driving license too. Still she is very rude, and she refused me to print my bank statement. Very disappointed

Manager was very accommodating dealing with a problem on account. Is willing to continue to assist instead of handing dealings off to subordinate.

The staff here are miserable, sketchy and hate their jobs they will take their sweet time just to be rude and waste yours 1 star worst bank I've ever entered.

Went here today to do a wire transfer and it seems like the staff came up with every reason possible not to help me out with it. Went to the main branch downtown Windsor and asked for the exact same thing and they were able to assist me with no questions asked and no trouble. Do not recommend this branch. Staff were unprofessional and hostile.

Professional, caring, and knowledgeable service. Had major issues after my move from another province, but Jackie and Anna took the time, a LOT of time, to understand the situation and to help rectify and correct it. Very much appreciated the service I received, and will happily continue to use this branch exclusively for my needs. Thanks ladies!

They dont answer phone at branch they r useless

Strong attention needs to be put forth, from management, in replacing tellers that clearly display a negative attitude and lack of desire to assist clients with questions put before them... I literally cringe when I use this location.

Worst customer service ever. They set me up a video call appointment and been waiting for almost 2hrs still no call. I called them and no one answered for almost an hour. They are the worst compared to other banks.

One of the best place for RBC banking. Employees are very welcoming. I enjoy banking at this branch. The best thing is it's not that busy like other branches.

Took a 20min bike ride to get here, i came to verify in person to open a bank account because i was looking for a new bank and rbc is rated high in canada and i wanted to get the free ipad promo. I walk up to the counter and politely say hello Colleen how are you doing and that i want to verify my new account, she just stayed quiet and looked at me funny she was pretty rude the entire encounter like she didn't want my business like im a lowlife or something she also went very slow. Anyways i brought in my license that expired Feb 2021 during covid i haven't been able to renew it that wasn't good enough she insisted i needed valid photo id. But i was prepared and had my Canadian birth certificate and my plastic SIN card. I gave them to her and she went and she went and spoke to whoever was in charge. Apparently the staff Colleen and manager here are completely incompetent and unaware of their own policies on top of that rude and condescending. I don't like leaving bad reviews but i don't like having my time plans and effort wasted more, and after my experience this certainly deserves 1 star. And Colleen and whoever the morning manager was earlier today should be replaced for conducting bad business. Replaced by a worker who is atleast, competant enough to know the banks policies and protocols. It is a shame that i most likely won't be trying rbc in the future just because of bad incompetent staff and management.
