I could not have ask for a better experienceThe customer service was amazing starting as soon as I walked through the door and all the way to the point of me driving my new truck away. The way they do business is the way it should be everywhere you go. I would highly recommend anyone to go there.

Brought my Cadillac for an oil change earlier in the week. The dipstick wasn’t inserted all the way when they completed the job.The engine light came on. I was able to bring my car in that day and they looked at it right away. They cleared the error and cleaned the engine. Wasn’t happy they didn’t insert the dipstick properly but I was satisfied with service to rectify the issue.

Purchased our new Canyon AT4 from Paul Sadlon. The experience was great from the first time we walked in the front door until we drove the truck off the lot. Joe and Simon made the whole experience a breeze. They understood our needs and helped us along the entire way! We love our new truck and will be returning for all our future vehicle purchases. I brought my 2009 GMC Sierra 2500HD in for a Recall notice on the Air Bag . I dropped off the vehicle and left the keys in the drop box. I got a call a couple of hours later saying that the truck wouldn’t start, if I wanted them to find the problem it would cost me $120 . I don’t know why they wouldn’t find out what was wrong and just charge me for the time spent but what choice did I have so I told them to go ahead. Didn’t hear anything back until the next morning they called to say they complete the Air Bag recall where the Truck was left in the Parking Lot and they would not work on the no starting problem so I would need to tow the Vehicle to where I normally get my work done. I don’t have a place so I spent about an hour finding a shop that would take the Truck and then organizing a Towing Service who showed up about 3 hours later. I drove over to meet the Tow Truck Driver got the keys from your Service Department got in the truck and started it up no problem. Apologized to the Tow Truck guy called the auto repair shop to cancel and drove the Truck home . What rating would you give your Service Department??

Super friendly and always professional! Great shop and always hassle free! However, I bought a 2022 Chev Trailboss that comes with 2 free oil changes. My second one at Paul Sadlon was at 28000 km and wasnt aware it needed to be in before 24000 km. I feel Paul Sadlon should give that vehicle 2 free oil changes at any time during the life of that vehicle and original owner. Just a minor issue that I feel could be fixed.

Very accomodating staff, respectfull, friendly and very good service to my car. It did not take long to check my recall service.

Love my new Equinox!! My old vehicle died. Called Paul Sadlon and Andrew had me all set up and ready to go in 24 hours with my new vehicle. Service was amazing!! Friendly, honest. And exactly what I asked for in my price range.

We really appreciated the service provided. Being r route and just being able to make it to your dealership at a walking speed we were desperate. We were treated courteously and with speed. Our repair was done in a very timely manner and we will appreciate the Paul Sadlon commercials all that much more when seen on TV

Parts department went out of their way to help me, excellent experience.Service, my truck is white, so after oil change I was left with dirty hand prints over the front end in spots. Not so cool, and I could not get a receipt. Apparently it was being mailed, that was almost two weeks ago. Not sure why I was not given receipt when I left. Maybe next time.

My experience with Andrew Lopes was absolutely second to none, his knowledge and willingness to go the extra mile to get me the best deal was exceptional.
