MK is a great real estate agent, we'd recommend her to anyone looking for a house and wanting a thorough process. She was quick at replying to ALL of our questions and provided a lot of market research and information that allowed us to make the right decision on a house, location and offer price. She is knowledgeable on the various areas to live in Kingston, and really took the time to understand what we wanted and ensured she catered our search based on our families needs and requests. She was available for all the viewings we requested and on a short notice (given we are moving across the country and wanted to view homes via facetime, than fly home to see houses we put offers on). Her team including Sam is also amazing. Sam was very quick to respond to questions with thorough responses and additional tools, research that we did not request, but appreciated greatly! thank you both from our family

We had a long distance move and started to search for a house prior to arriving in Kingston. Mary Kathryn and Samantha were very helpful in providing all the information on homes as they were listed via email. We were not able to go see homes as they were listed but we had trust in Mary Kathryn and Samantha to make the decision if it was a good home for us, if we needed to fly to Kingston to look at it. They were very honest about the homes they showed us when we arrived, shared their thoughts and opinions with us. As they got to know us more they new exactly what we were looking for. We found a new home in Kingston and are settling in to a new home and enjoying Kingston. I would recommend Mary Kathryn, she is committed, friendly, and determined to find that perfect house!

MK and her team are the absolute best. I highly recommend them to everyone who are looking for the best in this line of work. MK and her team are elite, they take the time to listen and help you in every step of the way. She’s honest, attentive and knowledgeable about the area. We are extremely happy with the job Mary Kathryn and her assistant, Samantha did helping sell my parents' home. Mary Kathryn is easy to work with and very knowledgeable about the market. She provided excellent advice and insight. Her explanations and examples were easy to understand and really helped when setting a price. Communication was always prompt and friendly. Probably two of the kindest people I've ever met. Their personal approach is genuine and their expertise is unmatched. This power duo makes one of the most stressful and nerve-wracking experiences seem manageable. My situation was unique with a lot on the line, not only for me but for them too. Well, they went all in without a second thought, swooped me up under wings and saved my life.. I will forever be grateful to have met these girls and I will forever be indebted to their selfless kindness. They are more than a realtor team.
