I have come on 2 different occasions and it's always closed even though the posted hours say it should be open. It also looks closed inside. Empty shelves. Are you actually open or not yet? If you are open, why are you closed during your open" hours."

I just came to your Quance street store and you are closed 2 hours early with no note or explaintion posted. Hours clearly state Sunday 10-6 and it’s 4:09pm.

Such a good dessert and great customer service! I would recommend management to have a brighter lights in the lounge! Delicious food and store looked pretty clean!

This place has some amazing desserts, and I have never been dissapointed in flavour. However, I have gone here on two occasions in the past two weeks before 7 PM, and the doors are closed with nothing on the shelves. Hours state it is open until 8 PM with no notes indicating otherwise. If it is a daily out of stock issue, perhaps a notice or an 'open while desserts last' warning would help.
