Chris was very professional and explained the repair in terms that I understood. The repair required parts that needed to be ordered. A second appointment was made at my convenience. I will return when I need this service. I appreciated Chris and felt good about this interaction.

Tina came to fix my microwave. She was polite and friendly and explained everything that she was doing. Definitely an asset to the company.The only thing I advise the company to start doing is to inform customers of the diagnostic fee before booking the service. This will give them the option to decide whether they can afford it or not

When I asked my girlfriends if they knew anyone that repaired appliances they both responded Register Appliances. So, there was no doubt who to call! My technician was JK. Words to describe him are competent, efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and one hundred percent awesome! I would recommend them over and over again!

Our tech arrived early due to a cancellation so they moved up our time. Tech was friendly, courteous and very professional. Too care not to scratch our counters / stove by putting down thick covering over all. Very thorough in his examination and testing. Unfortunately, two onboard computers were shot so not worth fixing due to cost and at least he told us this upfront. Would not hesitate to have him here again.

I made an appointment online and they were able to come the next day! My washer wasn't working and when Cristian arrived he was polite and helped quickly. He drained the water and cleaned out the clog. Saved me so much money versus buying a new one. Thank you thank you!!

Quick service, set expectations on appointment and called before arrival to let me know they were on their way. Explained why the issue was, showed damaged part that was replaced, and when the refrigerator would be ready to put food in again. Explained their parts and labor warranty. Nice, personable experience with the techs.

Tina is an expert technician in her field. This was her 2nd time to our house to diagnose and treat an appliance. We appreciated her attention to detail and patience resolving our issue if only for long enough to give us a chance to selectively start looking at replacements. When she arrived, the freezer compartment of our Samsung 3 door/bottom freezer fridge unit was not working. When she left both the freezer and the ice maker, which had also stopped producing , were operational. Our unit is 12 years old. Register got us in-both times-for next day service. This was amazingly helpful to us. Will definitely use them in the future.
