Foot Locker

I visited this store today with my family. The entire staff including the security guy were very rude. They have one fitting room where my son was trying clothes and I was standing outside to check his clothes. The reason I or my husband were standing outside the fitting room was that everytime my son came out to show us the clothes, the fitting room's door got closed and it was hard to find a staff member to get it opened every time.Then they informed us that only one person was allowed inside or NEAR the fitting room so we agreed but the very next moment they got the same thing conveyed through the security guard again which was very very rude. This wasnt enough for them as the moment the security guy went, they made three sales associates stand outside the fitting room and they all hovered around us making us extremely uncomfortable. My son selected a pair of shoes that he wanted to buy and he was trying sweatpants with them which he also wanted to buy. I had informed about the same to their saleperson also. But he very rudely sent those shoes back to the storeroom and we had to request him again to get those back for billing. Then my son liked a sweatshirt but couldn't find his size. So I asked a staff lady for help, who said that they had only the sizes that were on display without making an effort. Then I asked her to check if any other location has medium size in it and when she checked, it showed in the system that their own location had it and only then she went to grab it from the back. All this time she was acting as if she was doing us a favor. My son wanted to buy all these things for his birthday and even after buying things for around 430 dollars he wasn't very happy just because of their staff's rude behavior. It was our first visit to this location and we were happy that this new location had opened so close to our house. Although this could have been a memorable shopping experience as these were my son's birthday gifts but it was sad and horrible. None of us were happy when we came out of the store. We would never like to visit this location again!!

Surprised by some of these negative reviews to be honest. The staff are always helpful, the store is clean and the stock is good. Sometimes certain sizes are sold out but that’s life. Anthony and Rachel usually happen to be there when I shop and they’re great.My only issue is I spend too much here lol

Brand new location at shoppers world and it’s great! But with lots of selection. The staff is always happy and helpful!

I just hate the shop ..the guy at afternoon today was very rude .He don't know how to speak with Customers..not going to visit in my life .

Have to call 5 times for them to finally answer, ordered something online for pick up for my dad for Father’s Day on Thursday evening was showing in stock and available for pick up within 2 hours. Called them on Saturday and they said “it will be ready when it’s ready and you’ll get an email”.

Love what they did to this relocated store. Used to be a restaurant and they totally transformed the place to both Footlocker and Kids Footlocker all in one big space, amazing displays and product.

I have had nothing but positive experiences within this store. From the management staff to the part time staff, everyone is so welcoming and eager to help customers. Even when told that help isn't wanted, staff members will make sure to still check up on you to make sure you are doing okay. When requesting shoe sizes, I have never had to wait long for an employee to grab it from the back and if they are out of my size, they have always asked me if I would like to check other locations for the shoe/clothes I am looking for. This location also has community events from time to time which is great! One time they had a food truck giving free food to customers - It's nice to see a large retail business getting involved with the community and bringing everyone together.

Arrogant staff . If anyone is considerate enough to read reviews before making visit or purchase pl avoid this store . Visit any other but not this !

They don’t even deserve 1 star. Reason everyone hates going to brampton rude staff like this location. Especially the manager. Soo rude. New store needs undercover boss.
