We love this library. Great kids collection and board games! Friendly staff.

Always a great spot to bring our daughter. The kids section is always tidy and has fun activities like coloring, story time, activity mats, some toys and a seasonally relevant svmcavenger hunt. The washroom here has a tiny toilet which is SO appreciated.

You get a plenty of book and separate children book section which my two sons love it. There is a quite space for reading with power and internet access on case you want to focus study something. And as usual, there are plenty of online resources, programs for all family and library access free of cost. Staffs are fantastic and friendly as well. Kudos team!

What a great place to bring my preschool grandson! We got 'hooked up' with a personalized library bag containing activity incentives to search for, and read books.There are a variety of spaces to 'plant yourself' to venture out and explore the resources available.10 out of 10!

This is the view from the first floor. Everything is great about the library. Good staff. Children's section, play area for them. Lots of activities also going all. The only problem I have is that there is no space to sit and have food. So can't spend the whole day studying here. You have to go out and have your lunch. And in winters it's not an option.

Nice library with very cooperative staff....have very good books collection....at a time one can issue 100 books..this is absolutely unique

The library itself is not bad but has a limited selection of books from other languages. Lots of Chinese books but not much of other languages.The parking situation is really bad. Two parking lots on site but both owned by the City of Waterloo and they don't allow library members to park for free. Defeats the whole purpose of a public library that is supposed to cost you nothing? Really sickening of them to try and squeeze out money in such way. I really hope no one falls to the bait and finds free parking within walking distance.

Great place to take a nap and have some food while on the computer or in the sitting areas while reading about navy seals and other military stuff or just using their wifi but bring your own food and drink cause unlike the kpl they don't have a restaurant they do have a coffee machine that is priced very reasonably and i consider it my second home after the KPL and my apartment. The staffs is also quit helpful and friendly especially when giving me a 30 minute extension on the 2 hour computers and i enjoy visiting when i can .the building may be small but its clean and well maintained and i like it that and thanks for letting me break and bend some of the reasonable rules and thanks for letting me relax and letting me be me
