Point Farms Provincial Park
Beautiful little park, stayed during May 2-4 weekend & it was great even with the rain. Also stayed there on Thanksgiving weekend 2022 (photos from both trips). Close to Goderich so if you forget anything town is close by. Beach is beautiful and doggy beach is big too. Sites aren't very private, pretty open in the front but large enough for most trailers and privacy between sites. Two trails that are pretty easy but the walk up from the beach can be hard but good. Beautiful views from the camping area overlooking Lake Huron. Great little park!

We stayed at Huron campgrounds in May and it was awesome!! Only part we didn’t like was that there was no hot water in the showers if you showered after 11AM lol. But honestly amazing otherwise. Beach was great, park was extremely clean, and bathrooms were the cleanest I’ve seen in a long time in Ontario parks. Similar vibe to Pinery but wayyyy less people. Will definitely come again!

Did a two night camping during mid June at Huron Campground (site 20), the campgrounds are pretty decent with a good shade. You can tie a hammock and chill under the lush green trees. The one we booked was an electric campground but the power outlet seemed to be a bit far from the campsite and is shared with the neighbouring campground (you will need a long extension cord for it). Plus part I found is it’s radio free so it’s quiet during most part of the day and very calm and peaceful at night. Firewood, ice and basic camping items you’ll find it at the camping office. The Dog beach at this location is not ideal for swimming, mostly rocks on the base makes it difficult to swim. A night stroll at this location would be highly recommended. And this park has gas stations, grocery stores and others shops within a 10-15mins drive range.

A nice park on the shores of Lake Huron. There is a cute trail that runs around the perimeter of the park. Campsites and bathroom building were well-maintained. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. There was also a decent selection of souvenirs in the gift shop/info center.

Small but beautiful provincial park, you must watch the sunset when visiting ! Great place to visit in the spring when it’s not as busy. Boardwalk/stairs down to the beach. There’s benches with a perfect view to watch the sunset along the bluffs without going down all the stairs. Staff are great, washrooms and showers are kept nice and clean.

Located just north of Goderich.Easily go into town for supplies if required.Spacious site in the Huron section, not far from the beach lookout; approx 20min walk to the nearest beach access due to erosion where the stairs used to be in Huron section.Beach was absolutely beautiful. Clean, no garbage anywhere, lots of picnic tables loacted around the beach upper park area. Trails available to walk throughout the park. Small playground area available. Facilities were well kept.Lots of trails and other activities to do within close range to the camp as well.

A beautiful campground. You can't beat the sunsets and the water, while often cold, is beautifully clear. The shoreline is rocky so I would recommend water shoes. The sites vary in sizes and I find many of them a bit overlooked. There are a few trails, but not often little kid friendly. No where we have found for fishing. This is a campground we usually visit later in summer so we can spend the day swimming at the beach. When the water is too cold to swim, there are many amenities in Goderich and then up to Bayfield and Kincardine if you are up for day trips. The bathrooms are clean. There is a playground by the bathroom block, as well. That is the biggest draw for my kids who, otherwise, find this campground a bit boring compared to some others we have been to.

This is an amazing park. The campsites are big and private (in most areas). The beach is spectacular.. the facilities were clean and the staff very friendly.
