Evolve Fitness Elmsdale

I love the atmosphere and support in the in-person classes at Evolve Elmsdale. I started out highly nervous as I had let my fitness slide a lot in the past few years,always thought I hated group fitnrss classes (I was SO wrong on that, these classes are FUN and effective at improving your abilities) and the format of the boot camps and cardio classes is perfect for getting back into shape. The coaches were fantastic at explaining the routines, demonstrating each station, including modifications to suit your present level, and helping correct my posture when needed. Over the past 6 weeks, they've all encouraged me to do my best, then pushing that little bit extra as my personal fitness improved over the 6 week challenge I participated in. Highly recommend this gym!

Evolve has provided a space where I feel accountable to myself, my workouts, the instructors, and the others attending classes. I was welcomed wholeheartedly on my first day and one of the regulars offered to be my buddy through my first class. It's great to be in a space where you are held accountable, given direction on proper form, meet friends, and listen to great tunes. The challenge I have been a part of the last 2 months has been an extra push to meet my personal goals, and I can't wait for the next one!

I joined Evolve Fitness Elmsdale on a 30 day trial after months of unsuccessful attempts at motivating myself to exercise consistently at home. It turns out that joining Evolve is exactly what I needed! Even though the classes are challenging, I look forward to them and I always leave feeling so accomplished. The trainers and fellow members are so friendly and supportive regardless of your fitness level. At multiple classes I have had other members cheer me on and/or offer support when I feel like I can’t keep going. It has been such a great experience so far and I feel confident that I will reach my fitness goals!

Can’t say enough good things about Evolve Elmsdale! Starting out I was nervous and very out of shape but the trainers are all so great at pushing you when they know you have it in you and supporting you with modifications when needed. The energy they have is contagious and I always leave smiling. Great group of gym goers as well who are quick to make you feel like you’ve been a part of the team all along. If you are on the fence about trying, DO IT! It may not be physically easy, but the atmosphere at Evolve will make it so that instead of counting how many minutes are left, you’re laughing and pushing yourself and others!

I love this gym! Amazing trainers, great atmosphere, and incredible people. I joined almost a year ago now, and have exceeded my physical fitness goals. What I wasn't expecting when joining Evolve, was hitting many mental and emotional goals as well. And meeting so many awesome people! I've never felt more comfortable and motivated at a gym before. Strongly encourage anyone to sign up!

Evolve Fitness Elmsdale is an amazing gym.I am an “older client” but would highly recommend this gym for any age group.Sam, is an amazing trainer, who constantly encourages and corrects our form during class. The other trainers are also great.People are very friendly and you do not need to worry about having the “latest” fashionable gym clothes, or your makeup done!We encourage each other and so many of us have made lasting friendships.Come and see; you won’t be disappointed!

I recently started going to Evolve Fitness in Elmsdale and I am truly enjoying it. I have already met so many friendly members/trainers. The workouts are tough but you leave feeling so accomplished. The bootcamps are great and the trainers are right there with you so they can assist you with your form etc.

Evolve fitness is one of the best gyms I’ve ever been a member of! We all support and encourage one another daily. Sam (trainer Elmsdale) is amazing and pushes me to be stronger. I look forward to the class and seeing everyone! Doesn’t get better than that!
