I am super grateful to have someone who listens and who can coach and help guide me thru tuff situations as these come up. I originally came to Krista for something specific about a situation at my school, and since then I come back in to see her whenever I even just need some feedback, advice or the important opinion of someone that I trust. Krista is very postive and encouraging life coach that can help anyone out there who is struggling. I habe recieved great support after struggling with some issues and I feel it really helps anyone who is looking for help. The admin staff is also easy to communicate with and is very helpful with any issue.

I have been a client here for a while now, because as life unfolds new pleasant and not so pleasant or difficult things come up all the time.My family and closest friends are great for helping me through some of these curveballs as they occur, however, when I need objective expert advice and a sounding board that is unbiased I look to Krista and her team. They are warm and make you feel at ease while being very astute and observant - and most importantly to me - they have never shied away from highlighting or providing insights which might even surprise me.It does seem as though the combination of Life Coaching and therapy that they use in their approach helps to break things down in a revealing honest way while also providing practical exercises, steps and advice that can be implemented and repeated. I have nothing but great things to say about the team at Psych Company. I have seen other coaches and therapists as one-offs in the past, who were decent enough people but just not a fit for my needs, and was looking for a place to come to consistently and feel more at home with!

I’ve been working with my life coach therapist for a few years now on and off on different issues at different stages of my life. I find these sessions help me get centered and find answers and resources within myself. Sometimes it’s the right question at the right time that does the trick or having to clarify your own motivations to another person that makes it clear for yourself.It’s a very accepting and non judgmental place where you can just be yourself.

I’ve seen a few life coaches in the last few months and I have to say Krista is the best life coach I’ve come across. Everyone there super supportive and welcoming. Definitely would recommend Krista to everybody. I’ve already seen amazing results following what I’ve learned in my last few sessions :)

The life and business coaching we received from Krista and her team has been nothing short of outstanding! I was nervous at first as I had never received life coaching before. I was instantly put at ease the moment I stepped into the downtown location office(which took seconds to walk to from Union station). Krista's approach is highly professional while being engaging and putting you instantly at ease. Her demeanor, and the surrounding and comfortable environment, are conducive to reflection, dialogue and learning. I am achievement oriented and pragmatic by nature, and believe that these sessions will be a good investment for helping me meet my personal and professional goals in tangible ways.

I have been having sessions at this location for eight months now and I can confidently say the quality of my life has exponentially increased. My therapist has been incredible - now I’m equipped with effective strategies to work through issues and practical solutions for problems. This practice is not about just paying for a listening ear, the sessions are action-oriented which is what I was looking for. Bonus - the administrative staff have always been courteous and efficient!!
