Thanks to Karman. She has been helping me out with great passion. She helped me to retrieve lost cheque images and saved me from a lot of headaches. Im so greatful. Keep it up，you guys are the best.

Sunny and Beatrice were awesome at helping me get set up. They even got my credit cards to me ahead of schedule so that I had them before I left for vacation, exceeding my expectations

A terrible experience with Scotiabank Bridgewater Branch. The advisor, Vish Sharma is incompetency. The attitude of man who speaks Mandarin was rude.If negative rating is applicable, I'll give them -"."

Had some issues with the ATM. Called the branch near the end of the business hours today. When the branch manager said he will call me back today or tomorrow, I was saying to myself it's probably tomorrow or next few days, that's the way how bank works. I certainly did not expect their branch manager and staff stayed after business hours to check on the ATM and call me back same day. I know ATM problem is not branch personnel's fault. Would give 5 stars to Sunny and Beatrice for the awesome customer service.

I would give 0 star if I could. Renewed our mortgage a year ago because we wanted mortgage porting option(due to possible moving to a different city). Their Financial Advisor, Yiming Chen ended up signing us for a mortgage that doesn't have that option. Now we have to pay penalty fees and lost our lower mortgage rate from last year. The branch manger doesn't seem to care because this Financial Advisor is no longer working at that location.

The best branch that I have ever been to. Jessica is 120% professional and friendly. The branch manager said they treat customers like family members, which I totally agree. Would recommend this branch to anyone who wants to do banking with Scotiabank in Winnipeg.

Bank tellers are friendly and have good work ethic. They are chatty and while I’m not a very chatty person, it is nice once and a while. They help make my visit fast and efficient which is perfect as everyone does not have all day to wait in lines at the bank! Only downside is that there is only one single ATM inside and one drive thru ATM outside. There have been a couple of times where both ATMs are out of service.The two financial advisors here “D” and “J” are unprofessional. They do not reply to your email and give very contradicting advice. I still have unanswered emails I sent them from early 2021 and 2022. They should use automatic reply if they are out of the office if anything… While I like what Scotiabank has to offer, I would not use the financial advisors at this branch.

The worst bank service I ever had in Canada. The senior Chinese lady is very disrespectful and not professional to customers. She rejected my reasonable request two times with unacceptable excuses. I was a loyal customer of the bank. But I have to switch to RBC because of the AWFUL service I had there! Please don't go there for banking!!!

By far the best branch I have been to so far. I was having some difficulty with online banking and a customer service specialist, Beatrice, spent nearly an hour with me and Scotiabank (on the phone) to get my online banking up and running.The Kenaston branch in comparison dismissed the issue and told me to call Scotiabank myself, of course when I called Scotiabank they told me to visit a branch as it was just that type of issue.Thank you very much guys, I’ll definitely be using you guys as my main branch from now on
