We hired NexLevel Challenge who operates the Red Lodge Ropes course for a team development and leadership training day this summer. I can't say enough positives about the experience! Most team building experiences are throw-away events that might be fun during, but don't have a lasting impact. The facilitation we received with the event carried through our team learnings to our day-to-day jobs, improving overall team communication and success!Everyone on our team really enjoyed the day as well.Don't waste your $$ on other team building activities - get lasting change with NexLevel and the Red Lodge Ropes course!

Red Lodge Ropes Course
My group had an excellent experience at Red Lodge! We saw a lot of value in their exercises and as a coach, it was great to see players come out of their shells. I would highly recommend Red Lodge for any sports or corporate team building. The acticities gove a unique feel and not the typical 'go carting' adventure; it will genuinely challenges participants.

This was a great experience for myself and my team. We connected on levels we didn't know existed. The games that we did helped foster unity and challenge us out of leadership comfort zone. They management teams grow there weaknesses and strengths. I'm sure we will be back again next year!

We had a fantastic experience here. Troy, was a fun and enthusiastic guide. We felt extremely safe and free to explore the course at our own pace. It was a great time!

What a great day, I highly recommend this as a team building event. Learning to communicate better, overcoming challenges, perseverance and the sense of accomplishment as a group - what more could you ask for? Fun yeah plenty of that for sure - all attributes and skills that you can immediately transfer into your business on the very next day! Beth, Tara Lee, and Troy each contributed their own area of expertise to round out a fantastic experience. If you are a business or sports team this is a no brainer must do - I could also see this as a fun Family reunion day.

Red Lodge Ropes Course
The team did a wonderful job setting up a program that allowed us to enjoy spending time together outside the office and learning how to work together as well. We learned that each individual has different involvement in the company and by listening to one another, we can work together to achieve common goals. Thanks for a great experience, we look forward to coming back in the future!

The staff was super knowledgeable, friendly and helpful! We were all newbies, there to hang out as a family, and this was such a fun experience! Something totally different and challenging. Highly recommend!
