I have been engaged with this Firm for their marvelous METATHERPY services, which is very holistic and scientific as far as therapies are concerned. My husband also is taking this service, and after 3 treatments, people are already are telling both of us that we look better, and MUCH healthier! I am 64 and my husband, Michael, is a young 72..now we are feeling and looking much better than we were when we started this. It is truly a game changer for us , and we recommend it for anyone who wants, and needs , to feel healthier and live without pain and problems into their old age. A five star program!!

Amazing! Awesome! Wonderful! After years of constant pain I am again enjoying my life! Went to see Tienie and after an evaluation he recommended EMF Therapy and Meta Therapy. I have been attending the clinic since October and have great results with treatments from Tienie and Ute. the facial treatments with Ute are nothing like facials you get from a spa every treatment is tailored to your own needs. The treatments I have received from Tienie have all been very successful and have lessened the amount of pain that I have.

Where to even start, this will be long as I have so many great things to say about The New U Clinic! I have been a client of Ute’s for just over a year now, mostly for lip filler but have recently ventured into exploring all the other abundance of amazing services she offers.First impression walking into the clinic you are greeted by such a warm & welcoming environment from Ute, her husband & Shari. From start to finish the whole experience is very relaxing, you never feel rushed through your appointment which tends to happen at other places in my past experiences, she takes her time to make sure everything is done well and that her client is leaving happy. And the results are perfect every time.Dr. Bucksteg is truly the only doctor I will trust with my lips, after seeing a couple different injectors I luckily made the choice to see Ute and she has been able to completely correct previous undesirable results and create the lips I had been trying to achieve from the start. We have recently started thermal tightening and I’m blown away by my results. I’m excited to continue exploring the wide variety of other great services offered to help with anti-aging and just feeling great about prioritizing myself with some self care.Another thing I really appreciate about The New U Clinic is all their services are priced very ethically. You really do get the very best of the best when it comes to equipment used & her vast knowledge of all services offered which are at a price point which was very affordable. She truly cares about her clients and you can tell she gets a genuine reward of helping you feel your very best. When you’re investing in yourself she is also invested in truly wanting you to leave feeling (and looking!) your very best.

I started laser hair removal on my face in September and have had 5 sessions and the hair is gone. The price was very reasonable and the doctors doing it were absolutely lovely and super knowledgeable. 10/10 would recommend them

They are very nice. They do a very good job. I’ been there for the hair removal for face, your legs and underarms. They are awesome highly recommend it.

Shari was great! Very personal, professional and knowledgeable. With that being said, during my treatment, Dr Ute walked in to the room several times to check on me , her husband was knocking on the door, reminding Shari of another customer waiting - all of that was disturbing me, not allowing me to fully relax and enjoy the treatment. I felt quite rushed throughout this appointment and as I was getting ready to leave, because there was another customer waiting. Additionally, I was very uncomfortable each time the door was opening as due to the layout of the clinic, people waiting outside could easily see me. I was considering a much more serious laser treatment for my next visit, but would rather go elsewhere, where I can relax in the comfort of the full privacy as this is what I am used to. Lastly , this place has a very odd waiver that they asked me to sign . Basically, that waiver says in the event the “recipient” gets injured during the treatment, the “provider “ can not be held liable for that. Specifically, it says in the event of damages due to the negligence , the customer is not allowed to file a lawsuit.Seriously? So the clinic can injure me and I wouldn’t be allowed to take any legal actions against them? Wow.. I refused to sign this waiver.

Thank you Tienie! He has been helping me with some Holistic treatments and I've definitely seen improvements! He is such a kind and compassionate person who goes above and beyond to help! He gives outstanding service - he is so thorough and generous with his time! Tienie is a treasure - I'm blessed to have in my life!

This is easily the best medical spa there is on Vancouver island. Dr. Bucksteg is a wonderful person and provides excellent service and strives to provide amazing care to all of her patients. The Botox Clinic could never.

Thank you Tienie and UteI have been attending the New You Clinic since October 2022 and remain a regular patient. I have MS and Trigeminal Nueralga, a facial disorder which has resulted in unbearable pain for almost 15 years.The progress I have made is without a doubt, amazing.
