ONLY MONEY , ONLYMONEY !! This dealership only work for money. Few days ago I dropped my car their because I am experiencing shaking from front wheels. The advisor who was their told me that we will only charge if something isn’t covered under warranty and only if we will fix that. They fixed one of issue with the steering wheel under warranty yes because i have also paid extra for it while buying the car. They told me to swap the tire for 4 set 1000$ quote I told them no I don’t want to swap it we will look for other option in future. When I visit there to pickup my car they billed me for 84$ for what?? The reason is strange just to look at the tires and tell me you need to change it really??1. They have taken my car in for the other parts so they took a look at the car and spotted that tires need to be change.2. They have an experienced team of service technician so a person with this much experience can even say this if they walk around the car while its parked so what’s the labour cost for inspection?I need to acknowledge that I have been going to this place before also they have provided me good service and I truly appreciate for that. However from last few times of my visit I am mot getting a vibe of I have been a customer for them instead how can I drain my wallet.I hope the authorities there will treat people as their customers and charge for the things which are fair.

I have never bought a car here or had my car serviced here, BUT we had an issue with our car where we couldn’t put it in park or get the key out of the ignition. Unfortunately it happened at 7 pm on a Thursday when all mechanics were closed, the only place we found open was the sales department of this dealership. I went in and explained the problem hoping there was still a mechanic on site that could help us. There was not, but the manager came out to help us right away and was actually able to give us a quick fix at no charge. We are so thankful and really appreciate the manager taking time out of his day to help us when we had no other options. We are very thankful for the great service we received here!

I have had both good and slightly not so good experiences. The service team are great although i have to remind constantly that i pay for a maintenance plan on my car every service i go in for. I was quoted for brakes and turns out they were a part of that maintenance plan so would have cost nothing but i was not aware and purchased them somewhere else and replaced them myself

Wow. When I was in the worst possible situation, Kendra calmed me down and set me up. She made sure I knew what was happening and helped make it this whole “recall/service” process easier. Her people skills, customer service skills and empathy is on point. I feel taken care of at a reasonable price. I never thought I’d be doing a Google review for a car dealership service dept. Up until now I’ve ONLY had “meh” experiences. THIS is an experience I needed to share with anyone thinking about using this great team. They all treated me with care and understanding. This was a unique experience. Kendra TOOK GREAT CARE in everything she did for me. She is humble and all-round good person who really knows her responsibilities. Thank you for taking SUCH good care of me and my family.

We visited Kitchener Hyundai as we are wanting to get the Test Drive of Hyundai Tucson.Glad we went there the staff was really friendly and we were lucky to take the test drive of Hyundai Tucson. Vince (Marketing Person) was so down to earth. He was really a gentleman. He showed us all the features and asked us to explore the buttons on the display/dashboard on the car and let us get the feel of the car.I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is planning on getting the Hyundai new or used Car. I will definitely be going back there.

Recently , I was sent by mail, that I was due for my tier 3 maintenance inspection upon my Tuscon reaching above 200,000 KMS. At this point I already had an oil change done(which is part of the package among several other service inspections listed). Show up at 8am, tell the service desk to go ahead minus the oil change. Take shuttle back home and immediately receive a call saying that my front pads&routers need replacing. I had just finished replacing back routers&pads 2 months prior and was told there ok for this year but next year replace for sure. So I declined. Get a call 10 minutes later saying car is ready for pickup and they couldn’t complete the tier 3 since I didn’t want an oil change. Wow. Go back get my car and they change me for tire rotation/brake inspection. The piece of mind deal. Service has no idea if my car was inspected for anything else from the original service call. No piece of mind at all, just left hanging. What a waste of my business morning.

There customer service was unmatched and I really felt as though I was personally being helped in pursuit of a vehicle that fit my situation and they worked hard to make sure that they met my standard.
