Chris and his team did an amazing job installing our floors. He did a great job communicating with us, as he is very responsive and let us know what to expect regarding timelines and costs all the way through the process. They also left our house neat and tidy after each day’s work.We own an older home and he always came up with creative solutions to fix things and make modern upgrades while keeping our costs down. The painters were punctual, organized, professional and attentive to our desire. They produced an accurate colour scheme of what we wanted. The were very meticulous in the handling of our China wall unit. The unloaded and reloaded it the exact way they found it.The job was completed in the time frame they committed to. I contacted Chris for a quote to replace the floors in my condo. He was very quick to respond and was exceptionally knowledgeable about the renovation process in condominiums. Chris provided great insight into the flooring materials and layout which made a major difference to the overall appearance of the space, making it feel bigger and brighter. Arguably the best contractor I've had the pleasure of giving work to. Chris was tasked with completing our kitchen and a massive tile work. From Day 1, we noticed the difference between work we've given contractors before and him. There was never a delay, confusion as to what is happening, all thanks to the innovative app he uses to keep the homeowner informed and just make the whole transaction smooth.
