Photos Unlimited Portrait Studios

It's not necessarily photo unlimiteds' fault but more their hired on location photographer. We won a free 30 minute on location shoot through a draw. Everything leading up to the shoot was amazing customer service. The photographer herself was really nice, but the photos were honestly a waste of our time... they were way too edited even without us asking and when we went to look over the packages etc. The man who was showing us the pics at Walmart gave them all to us for free because we were so dissatisfied. I have nothing against photos unlimited nor our photographer but please make sure the people you hire know what their doing...

Went there to have a passport photo for my baby. Had 2 tries both were not accepted by SC because baby’s hand is showing. For the second try already told the photog that no hands or fingers should be showing so I covered my hands while holding baby but still printed the photo with fingers showing she took and told me to tell SC that it is imposible to take a picture of baby without hands showing. Another application try rejected. So we just opted to go to a different photo studio and just get a refund, but the photog/associate wont refund my money because she said their manager dont allow refunds. Such a waste of time and money going back and forth to take wrong photos and going to SC just to have application rejected. Photos unlimited needs more to be oriented and trained on taking passport photos before offering the service.

Had a blast. My daughter loved blowing the bubbles and such.

Great experience and perfect for newborn photos. Lost of direction and were able to get photos of my daughter at only 3 weeks!

It was a fun session! Told her a theme we had in mind and she supplied us with different props and posses for our theme! Overall, really fun time !
