Fast service, but be aware the bank schedule, sometimes it's close early. Small parking lot, but you can park in front of the bank for free. Great location.

My experience with this bank was excellent. Without an appointment, the front desk staff listened to my need patiently and directed me to the Advisor Fiza. She cordially and professionally served my banking need. As a senior, I appreciate that all the staffs there were flexible, not insisting I've to schedule a date and come back. That saved my a lot of trouble. Going forward, I will make this Scotia Bank as my home branch.

Worst Customer Service I have ever experienced. The Bank upgraded my account from a student to a premium account without my knowledge. When I first signed up, I was told that I would be sent an email to remind them that I am still a student. I have never been sent any email and when I went into this location they said that they don’t send and email, I just need to know when to come in. The Teller said that it was my fault that my account got upgraded and that they would not refund me the money that they have taken out of my account. I myself work in customer service and I have never once blamed a customer for a a mistake that was made on the company’s behalf. All I need to say is... do better scotiabank, especially if you want to keep clients.

Horrible Customer Service. My father and grandmother went to open a bank account at this branch. The teller and her supervisor both spoke rudely and provided minimal assistance. Very poor service. The staff needs to be trained on focusing on the customer, instead of chitchatting with each other in their own language while the customer is standing there waiting to be helped. Very disappointed in Scotiabank.

The worst branch! Their ATMs are always broken especially the drive thru, you have to park to do your transactions even if you are in a hurry, their machines don’t accept the money that they gave you before, you try to line up with a teller where there’s only have ONE in the whole branch! Which takes forever to help one customer! This happens to me a few times already! I’m happy to have other banks account with better customer service!

I have been a customer of Scotia Bank for more than 12 years and did not bother to go to another financial institution but after today, I am going to take my business to TD. I took my younger daughter to this branch close to my house and her school to open a student account, I did not had an appointment, but been a retail outlet, I expect that someone will be available to help us. To my surprise, there was no receptionist, after waiting for few minutes, I requested the branch manager near the reception to help us open an account, she did went at the back to find someone to help us but she asked us to come back in an hour or so. I mentioned to her that it was difficult for us to come back, she said sorry and let us walk out. We went TD across the road to do the same, there was a greeter who greeted with a smile, although they were busy but she went and found someone who took 5 mins to help us. Manager came to say congrats to my daughter. She felt important & over the moon. She is going to go tell all her friends what a great experience she had!!!Here is a teenager who wants to be a doctor, she will stay with TD for her whole life because first impression is the last one. Scotia Bank lost her business for life!!!

I was falsely sold an equity mortgage when I was requesting a normal mortgage. I was given multiple false promises that a resolution would be forthcoming. This bank and Scotia in general are not to be trusted. Worst customer service experiences of my life coupled with an absolute lack of desire to make things right.

The only reason this branch has 2.7 stars is coz of the Branch Manager. The staff is excellent EXCEPT for the Manager Heather, she is extremely RUDE. She does not know how to talk to the customers. I have been doing business with this branch & never had an issue. Went to deposit the cheque & she refuses. It's a numbered company & has an operating name. She goes it has to be registered & all that B.S. Showed her the document issued by the Ministry & since she was proven wrong she refused to accept the document. This is not the first time she has been rude with me. I plan to change my bank & take the business away from here.

After being a scotia customer for over 20 years, and with this branch for more than 5, I have a great deal to share about my experiences at this location. The experience you’ll get here depends LARGELY on luck of the draw….. Danial is quite possibly the greatest bank teller I’ve met! He’s a highly positive and courteous professional. Fiza is an exemplary financial advisor, it’ll be tough to find a complaint about her. That said unfortunately…. There are some bad apples at this branch, each with various roles and levels and it’s because of them that I’m not at all surprised to find this branch has a Lifetime 2.7 Review Score. Ultimately, a more friendly atmosphere and a better display of human accountability, when things go wrong or mistakes are made - that would go a long way here.
