Dr. Heather Toner - Toner Chiropractic and Wellness Centre

I've been going to Heather for over a year now and when I started I was nervous about the experience as it was my first time to a chiropractor but Heather makes you feel so comfortable and at ease. I quickly became very comfortable with the experience and look forward to our appointments every month! :)

Dr. Toner went above and beyond to explain what she would be doing for my treatment and really listened to me when I explained the discomfort I was experiencing. She is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, kind and compassionate. Many thanks to her and her welcoming staff. :)

Heather always manages to keep my spine in check and back pain free. Years ago upon my first visit , I didn't know what to expect and didn't know if the treatment would take away my back pain. Within 3 visits my back pain was gone and I was sold as a new patient. Now I only need the occasional consult if the pain comes back to get things dialed back in . Her Practice is top shelf!

Heather is a great chiropractor! She always makes sure to check in before and after treatment to ensure you've received the best care. She is flexible with rebooking appointments when needed and is always right on schedule with appointment times. Andrea is also a wonderful assistant and is always super helpful. Heather and Andrea make a great team and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good chiropractor.

I recently moved back to the area and was referred to Dr. Toner by a friend. I have an extremely sore and tight neck and Dr. Toner gave me instant relief from my first appt. Not to say it's fixed but just feeling that sense of relief was so great. I like the way she works the area first and gets you comfortable prior to making the adjustments. I've already been back again and will continue until my neck is back to normal

Dr. Toner helped me end pain in my shoulder when it seemed no one else could. She consistently takes the time to listen to what I am experiencing and targets her treatment based on that feedback. I would highly recommend!

May 30, 2023I would like to express my gratitude to Dr. Heather Toner . I met Dr. Toner two weeks ago + have had two sessions with her. I was overwhelmed with the compassion + care, not to mention her healing hands. I met Dr. Toner for an issue that I felt needed attention and found so much more with my sessions. Part of the healing process is sharing with other people who care. Thankfulness is something most people agree is good, but it often remains an abstract positive, something we know is beneficial but can’t necessarily explain why. My 1st visit to Dr. Toner was excellent. I felt like she took the time to investigate my condition and explained the issues in terms I could understand. She took the time to show me stretches and assign homework to ensure I would be ready for my next appointment . Her professionalism made me feel comfortable and optimistic that she could help me move forward with my recovery.

Dr. Toner an amazing chiropractor, not only is she a super nice person, she is also very caring and compassionate and has always provided great results for me. Dr. Toner and her lovely administrator Andrea are nothing short of phenomenal. I visited Dr. Toner for the first time last summer. She and Andrea made me feel so welcome and comfortable. As a larger individual, I was always a little nervous to seek help for lower back pain. Dr. Toner made me feel heard, validated, and confident that there was appropriate treatment for my issues. Never did I feel any judgement whilst in her care. I was even provided with aftercare instructions to go home with. As a committed monthly regular after just shy of a year, I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Toner and Andrea. :)
