Rob really works hard for his customers, diagnoses and explains the problem and is transparent about different options to fix plumbing issues, so you know exactly what you are paying for! He has over 20 years of experience, and his skills are very evident in his craft. I appreciated how he explained how things work in a way I can understand, and how he likes to solve any issue by looking at it through multiple angles to give me options about how best to proceed. I am a repeat customer and will continue to be, because Rising Mechanical has shown I can trust them to get the job done, and get it done well. I’ve had them work on furnace problems, leaky pipes/water valves, bathroom sink clogging, gas fireplaces, hot water tank removal and replacement, when I moved to different locations with different plumbing issues.
