After dropping my nearly new computer on the floor, it would lose power and only recharge sporadically. Per-Ola at Tideline explained what the problem was and completed required repairs. My computer has never worked better. I am happy to recommend Tideline for efficient & professional service.

Wow! What incredibly fast turnaround time (3 hrs) for upgrading my laptop and installing my setup software. Per-Ola seems very knowledgeable, honest, and charges a fair price. He even offered to stay in past closing, so I could race back over and pick it up. I am eager to bring in my other laptop for repair as soon as possible. I highly recommend his services.
