Received awful customer service from the cosmetics department. Be careful what cosmetic brands you purchase, I tried to return a bad product and was told the brand no longer allowed returns. The brands that do not allow returns are not advertised anywhere in the cosmetics department and the department is doing nothing to inform customers about this, unless you ask directly before purchasing.

Pharmacy department, they seriously need better management. Prescription received almost 3 weeks ago and not processed. Called them, and they said it would be ready to pick up. In addition, their attitude of answering the call was horrible. The next afternoon, went to pick up. Still not ready and told me to wait for 20 minutes. It took me countless bad experiences to write review.

I had the worst shopping experience at this store. I was here with my 6 year old daughter. She wanted to look at some nail paints after we picked up our items for shopping. I saw how excited she was to see some bright colours and asked me if I could put it on her little fingers. After I applied colours we put them aside to buy. In the meantime a staff member approached us in a black jacket might be the manager, she asked us not to apply the Color on due to hygienic reasons. I apologized and advised her I will purchase the colours. She seemed to have gotten more upset and said due to covid and other issues going around I shouldn’t be trying them on my daughter it’s unhygienic and walked away. We took the colours and started picking up our stuff to head towards the counter when another staff member Mellisa (found out her name later over phone) approached us from behind and started telling me off in front of my daughter in a high pitched voice intending to make me embarrassed in front of rest of the customers. She was blaming me for applying nail paint across the bottom of the rack which was absolutely wrong and a baseless accusation, and was being very rude and verbally harassing, targeting me over trying on nail paint on my daughter. This was absolutely absurd and uncalled for. She tormented my child, a 6 yr old kid, and made her feel like she had committed a crime by applying nail paint. My daughter hid behind me and I felt so angry at being treated like a criminal and being accused of things I did not do like splashing nail paint on the rack. Unbelievable that I was experiencing racial discrimination in this store in front of my child. My daughter asked if the police are going to get us. It’s pathetic and I am very upset over this visit. Mental harassment, child traumatization and racially charged harassment is how I would describe this entire experience. I called back the store at 6:13 pm to find out the names of the store manager and contact details of the district manager. A lady answered the phone from beauty boutique, and said her name was Melissa, I recognized her voice. She mentioned Vivian as well, not sure if that was the first women who approached us. When I asked Melissa for her full name she refused, I advised her I want to complain about a bad customer experience and need store manager’s name, she refused to provide that. She refused to give me any information about contact details of the district manager until I told her what my bad experience was. As if I am accountable to her. Instead of empathetically speaking she threatened to either be made aware of what happened or she won’t provide the information and asked me to look it up online, then she hung up. Devastating experience, please take appropriate action. We paid for the items we got so that my daughter does not feel like a criminal leaving the store, otherwise I didn’t want to give any business to the store.

The cleanest, most professional, well organized location I’ve ever been to! It feels like going into an ULTA in the states…but it’s here in Canada! I will definitely go out of my way to go to this location. It is amazing, so amazing I told my girlfriends about it and want to come here for a shopping day! Could easily spend a solid hour or two browsing the beauty department. Hats off to the team and manager of this place, I’m thoroughly impressed.

Since Nadia started working here this pharmacy went from 1 star to 5 stars. She should be running this pharmacy! She’s amazing she remembers who I am when I come in and makes sure my prescription is ready on time. She ACTUALLY follows through with my doctor on refills and makes sure things don’t get forgotten. I know when she says she will take care of something it actually gets taken care of. This girl deserves a promotion! Thank you Nadia for making my life a lot easier :) The world needs more Nadia’s!

The worst pharmacy. I don't think I have ever gone here and NOT had a problem. Today I waited while 2 people behind the desk chatted. I looked at them multiple times and was not acknowledged. 5 min later he said oh sorry I didn't see you. He couldn't find my prescription and told me to wait 15 min. I said I was picking my kids up from school and I'd be back in an hour. I came back an hour later and he asked me all the same info again and still couldn't find it. I said I was in an hour ago and you said it would take 15 min? He said he put it in the wrong basket? Not sure what that means, and asked me to wait ANOTHER 15 min. I told him I had to get back to work and I had kids in the car. He told me to come back later. Another man said he could try to do it in 10 minutes, but I was already running late from the second stop and didn't have 10 minutes, so I'll have to go back a 3rd time today. This is just one instance. This happens almost every time. This 100% happens every time it's a new prescription.

Clean. New. Close by. The shop ticks a few box. But the pharmacy is super inefficient. Missed counts of tablets a few times. Can't locate medicine several times. Could really do well to hire some efficient staffs.

Nadia has amazing customer service and was able to contact my doctor for refills so that I’m able to get my prescription on time. She was very insightful helped me with any questions I had. Overall amazing staff and atmosphere! I have already recommended this location to others!

By far the most disorganized pharmacy I’ve ever been to. I’ve been patient with them but they’ve lost my prescriptions several times and just aren’t reliable. It’s more often than not that the prescription won’t even be prepared when you give them ample time, and they assure you it will be ready by the confirmed pick up time.When you rely on medications daily to function this is totally unacceptable.Yesterday I was assured by a pharmacist that an important medication would be ready first thing in the morning.I went by before work and they said it got lost in the system and wasn’t prepared yet.There’s no sense of urgency or ownership.Moving to a pharmacy that’s further away to ensure I can rely on getting my medication on time.By far the worst experience I’ve ever had at any pharmacy.

The pharmacy is fine. Very convenient if you live in Yorkson. They take care of my prescriptions. Allow at leaat a day so you won't be disappointed. Canada Post is awesome. They're just at the doorstep if I want to mail out stuff or pick up. Nice grocery too, for emergencies.
