Just waited in line for 20 mins at the drive thru, arrived at the window to order at 10:03 for the staff to tell me they closed 3 mins ago. So much for hospitality, courtesy and good customer service…I know for a fact that at every other starbucks, a cone is put behind the last car so that customers know the store isn’t taking new orders anymore.Ridiculous!!

Parking is very restrictive, but there are additional spots in the back in another complex lot. Drive thru traffic may impede access in front and around the establishment.

I waited about 1 hour at the drive through with a baby in the back seat. There were only like 10 cars infront. I would of went inside, but I pre-ordered on the app to pickup at the drive through and I had a baby with me. I gave it 3 starts instead of 2 because they did get my order correct and the staff was very polite. I don't know if it was slow because of the customers or the service or both. But my order was very quick.

I drive through here frequently for my Chai Lattes and really like the way staff greet me with a cheerful welcoming tone of voice. Many other restaurant drive throughs greet me hurriedly and use a bored, robotic voice, which completely spoils my experience before I even get my order.The food here is great, Chai Lattes excellent and my orders are always correct, whereas other restaurants I visit frequently get my orders wrong, leaving me frustrated, which again, spoils my eating experience. Thumbs up for Starbucks!

is it just me or is this cafe always cold inside? especially during winter/spring. i thought a cafe was supposed to be a warm and cozy place. please turn on the heating! thank you!other than, overall, drinks are pretty good.

Very quick service, very good at suggesting alternatives if something is out or you can’t decide what to get. Great wifi as per usual. Like most Starbucks, it’s chilly in the winter being a sweater I’d you plan to stay long and studyMajority of staff are bilingual don’t fret Anglo’s!Some staff have no manners, taking breaks on the side while on their phones without earphones playing videos out loud - we all know by now this is impolite and rude

A1 customer service. I prefer this spot way more than other starbucks. Lots of light, employees are kind, enjoy what they’re doing and knowledgeable. They make crazy frappucinos and cold brews with salted caramel sweet cream cold foam. Thanks for the awesome experience!

Grumpy service by a garden gnome with glasses who expresses his dislike of clients with micro smirks if there's a mix-up.This place is often out of alot of sandwiches so you end up with the week's leftovers. In terms of vibe its not very client-centered although the staff seem to be animated and loud amoungst themselves.
