A year or so ago I would have rated this place a 1 but they have really turned things around since then. Although it could still be a little cleaner, it is at least acceptable now and no longer smells like smoke. One thing that hasn't changed though is how friendly the staff always is!

The new owners that have taken over this store since spring of 2021 leave a lot to be desired.The store is not well maintained with a poor selection of products.Some of the staff are not wearing masks upon entry and need to be asked to do so.Much improvement is needed here.

Only problem, my receipt said $5.09 or $5.10 paid by cash. I paid by debit & charged $5.10. Ripped off for a penny! Not much but how often does the store do it? Adds up after a while!

Opens 30 mins to 1 hr late every single day. Overpriced. Bought milk multiple times only to find it expired even though the date was fine. Everything is temperature abused. Clam clamato juice stored outside the refrigerator....go next door to the new place. This place is a waste of money.

Great store... New owner is very friendly and helpful. Store is not fully stocked as it used to be but i definitely see new items in the store. I had few words with the owner, they are renovating the whole store so that's why some of their shelves are empty because if they keep shelves full they can't move things around the store.

Does the owner not notice the fallen down poster in the window? A 10 year old illegible dvd ad? Why not take care and objectively view the look of your store - people do not go there because the owner doesn’t care - it is a dump.Now I see a sudden improvement and have raised my rating! Looking good! Like the sign and the quick coverup of the other mess.New issue: your food items have no prices on them and it seems the cashier just charges a random amount. Kraft Dinner 3.49 which is 3 times what it is in most other stores. I understand independant stores need to charge more but so much? Also, please get rid of out of date items. Thanks

I give 3 stars only because since John and Jay gave it up, im disappointed. John and jay were amazing owners, always made sure their customers were happy to the point of bringing in product requested by customers! If they ran out John would go buy until shipment came. I've been going to this store for 5 years mostly for milk and small items. In the last month I've gone to grab a bag of milk only to find more times than not its expired or there just isn't any. :( very sad to see this store go down hill so quickly

Totally discussed with the conditions of the store the unsafe conditions of the isles with debris blocking most floor surfaces. The customer service is beyond poor your treated like your interferes with their schedule is offensive. The dairy products are at most times expired and left on the shelves. I have been a long time customer for 40 years but will definitely not return anytime soon

Prices are a tad high, but that's what convenience stores are about. My main concern is the poor stocking of the shelves. I'll often go to grab something only to find its spot on the shelf is entirely empty.I've also several times purchased something there only to realize after the fact the item was expired - this has happened with candy (which wasn't that big of a problem) and bread (which was mildewed before I even took it out of the grocery bag).All in all it's okay, but I'd definitely shop elsewhere if I had a better option.
