Not the best experience but not the worst. I felt a little judged too much when I came in. I brought my.7 month old puppy the workers were kinda just standing around where I was trying to get by. So a little frustrating. But other than that their selection could have been more diverse I didn't really find anything I want for my dog. Not a whole lot

A team of knowledgeable and caring humans who love pets! They teamed up to ensure we have the correct food and regimen for our beloved dog. When a question arose about the product quality, they swapped the goods although it was a hit for them, they ensured we have a trusted place to return. Thanks Tail Blazers!

Loved this pet store so much I applied to work there! After almost a year working there, I can honestly say it is unequivocally the best pet store in Kelowna hands down! 5 stars all day long ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!

I went to this store to get a couple dog ramps. Unfortunately they didn’t workout for what I needed to use them for. The staff were extremely helpful took both ramps out of the box to see if they would work for me with my car. I cannot believe how kind and helpful they were. I would highly recommend this store. The personal touch and assistance they gave me is lacking in this world and I was so touched by their customer service beyond anything I have experienced with a big box store.

We had such a positive experience at their K.L.O location. Staff helped us choose snow boots for our dog, and everyone was very friendly and well-informed. They also have a great selection of inventory and carry lots of holistic and natural pet products. We will definitely be back!PS - Wheeler is loving his boots :)

I recently adopted a dog with severe allergies. Thanks to the advice and product suggestions given by the staff and owners at Tail Blazers, Shiloh is showing drastic improvements with her overall health and wellbeing. They offer amazing products and are incredibly knowledgeable about all of them. I'm very grateful for everyone at Tail Blazers and wouldn't recommend any other pet store!
