Trade Sensation Wedding Academy

Took the wedding planning course and it was extremely knowledgable but specifically very hands on! Loved it! You get real life experience and then the potential to be hired on. Would recommend to anyone trying to get into the industry.

My name is Maïlys, I am from the south of France, Toulouse. I was in the internship program for 2 months in 2022.I really enjoyed my experience here with the team. I learned a lot in the Planning and Design areas. Even though I was more into Planning and marketing, I learned so much in Design by creating decors and doing real Weddings. But my favorite part was still the Planning and marketing one.I have felt totally immersed into their environment and thanking all of the team for that.

Hi my name is Angie and I have been a part of the internship program for 3 months. I am a soon to be Event Management graduate from Humber College from Toronto. During my internship I have learned lots of hands on experience with decor while setting up and tearing down different tables and events. I have become familiar with the terms of each decor item and have had the chance to express my creativity when creating set ups. I have also gained hands-on experience within the wedding planning field, with researching venues and vendors for clients, partaking in client meetings and even attending a full day wedding while shadowing the lead planner. As my internship is coming to an end I am grateful for all that I have learned and could see myself having a career in the wedding planning field.

I always had a passion for decor and event planning from kids events to family gatherings i love to entertain. I just wasn't sure if this was my passion or my career path. I made an appointment to see the ladies of Trade Sensation Wedding Academy and I left there learning more about myself then I actually knew. I signed up right away for the decor package and later that year signed up for the event coordinator package as well. From learning how to pin up table skirts, to knowing what clusters are, to learning how to go with the flow not the times on agenda's i've learned it all. The hands on experience is just amazing you get to be in the front seat of the car. I have learned so much from the staff at TSWA and I am so happy that i made this change in my life, i've never been happier. Thanks TSWA I will make sure to refer all my family and friends.
