Worst customer service. They are giving weird reasons when i went for returning the glasses. Unprofessional staff

It was a terrible experience. I purchased a Prada sunglasses here which had a small manufacturer defect. The sunglasses is still under warranty and they could see the proof of purchase in the system. The staff kept on saying sunglasses hut is not responsible and i had to go though prada. When I asked for a copy of my receipt from the system they refused to do that and only gave me the date of purchase. I am very surprised that such a huge chain is so irresponsible and can’t stand behind the product they sell. The staff also mentioned the “policy for sunglasses hut inside hudson bay is different from others”, What a scam? They don’t say they when you buy it. It is a scam where they only care about the money and no customer support after a sale. Please refrain form this place.

Great experience shopping at this store inside the Bay at Guildford mall . Had the pleasure of Sharon helping me out. Very professional and great with customer service. Highly recommend this location. My goto for my sunglasses!

I was here over the weekend looking for sunglasses. The girl that was working - Sharon was such a big help! She was very informative about all the different brands and very friendly to deal with. I will definitely be going back!
