Called on a Sunday, left a message, they called back 5 mins later. 10% of the bail, easy peasy. Great job. Paperwork signed in an hour, and got my people out.

As a Canadian in Toronto trying to find a bail bondsman in Buffalo on Christmas eve was difficult. Googled names and no answer at the first two. The third one picked up, asked for the defendant's name and birth date and never heard from him again. Christmas day tried Buffalo Bail Bond. Lots of background noise but explained the situation to George who took the info and said he would be in touch. He did and we proceeded with the paperwork via email. Next came payment, a lot trickier. My cc info wouldn't go through on his machine when it came to inserting the zip code which has 5 numbers whereas in Canada we have postal codes consisting of 6 letters/numbers. He kept trying though. I told him just to use his Buffalo zip code and the transaction went through. I contacted my cc company to explain the situation and they said there was no problem putting through another transaction. In the end I didn't have to travel from Toronto to Buffalo to swipe my card and George got the defendant out that night. I can't thank him enough. He was very polite as well.

Very nice and professional kept his word and had my brother out in a timely fashion amd even drove after hours to the judges house & got a signature made sure my brother was detained at the holding center and not transported to alden.

1- Unprofessional. I had music blasting in my ear had to tell him turn it down can't hear you.2- I understand he was driving but, could've taken a moment to pull over, assess my situation, write my name and number performing a search the database to see if I have a particular warrant.3- Most of all, if I'm calling for help or help finding answers and you say you're going to call me back, I expect a call back especially if your open 24 hours per business hours description in Google Maps.4- Waited for call back approximately 3 hours too long, by now it's 3am, he answers I let him know I waqs to receive a call back and responds with oh yeah.5- This idiot then complains it's 3am, yet your hours of operation are 24hrs.If I could give this rating (-5) one point owed for each critique I wrote, I damn sure would.

Mr George and his staff were very helpful and patient with our situation. Came down from buffalo to rochester to assist us in obtaining a bail for my fiance. Although the judges were the problem Mr George still tried to get him out until we ran out of options. Buffalo bail bonds is a great service to use. Thanks guys!!
