Zone garage installed my garage floor coating. Steve the sales rep is very professional and easy to deal with. He answered all our questions and went above and beyond in terms of customer service.Steve has over 20 years experience in installations and he is now in sales. The crew that came to our house worked very hard, and were very courteous. The crew also answered all our questions and addressed our concerns. The pricing was very competitive, and they gave us a 10% discount for being Costco members. The garage coating looks terrific, I highly recommend zone garage for your garage renovation needs.

Had the worst experience with this company. Did my garage in 2020 and after I year i ended up getting some cracks and some worn out spots. They told me numerous times they would come see the spots on my garage to come fix or appraise the cost to fix. Never came by to see the garage and just rude when I tried to follow up. Save your money and there is lots of other companies that aren't rude and more helpful

For anyone wanting a Polyaspartic floor coating for a garage, This is the company to do it with. I checked out several and had higher quotes, and one who did not even give a written quote although they promised to do it. Everyone else charged more per square foot, for both the floor and the wall, and double for the stairs.The Quote - Steve showed up, on time, and went through the process and answered all of my questions. He answered my questions about some of the reviews commenting on demanding payment in advance, or promising a squeegee, and they do not take payment until the job is completed, nor give free squeegees. My quote was delivered electronically in about an hour with the main floor price, optional prices for the stairs and sides, and a per linear foot price for floor cracks which could not be seen since my floor was covered with a vehicle and other garage stuff.The booking - We went ahead and booked and were able to get the installation date within a week and a half. A confirmation of the date was also sent.The installation - Emily called and communicated prior to arriving and kept us up to date with a small delay in arriving, and when they arrived, they setup and began working. They did a fantastic job of preparing the floor which is the most important part of a good coating, repaired the cracks in the floor, and then completed the coating installation. They put up with my questions as they did the work, and the supervision from my kids throughout the day.The results - A super job on the floor. The results are fantastic and I could not be happier. I also purchased from them and applied a Balistix coating on top of the floor. Adds further protection to the floor from heat and also makes an even more slip resistant surface.Thank you Steve and Emily for a great experience. The service was exceptional!Steve did our quote and he was on time, professional and explained the services and procedure.The trailer was dropped off on time and Renee was very friendly and service oriented.The flooring guys (Dion and a new guy) were wonderful and did a fantastic job, they were engaging and very professional! Dion provided great direction and instruction to the newest member on the team, so nice to see! The work done was great and we are very pleased! Amazing service!! I recently had my triple garage floor professionally repaired and coated with Polyurea by the team at ZoneGarage Edmonton. Steve was out to see me very quickly when I requested a cost estimate on their website. He had many excellent and creative ideas as to how I could improve my garage, which went well beyond the floor. The crew arrived on time to start the job as promised and they worked very hard to complete the floor in one day, which was important as I was hosting a small party that weekend in my new garage. I had a small, one car garage that I wanted an epoxy coating for. Steve was helpful, konwlegeable, & on time for the quote. The 3 different employees were very friendly and aswered any of my questions I had. They worked hard and even stayed super late in order to get most of the job finished which didn't bother me one bit. They apologized for having to work later to get it done. They communicated up front and all went smoothly. Really liked how it turned out. Would recommend to any of my family and friends.

Absolutely stellar experience. I used Zone to do a Polyurea floor in a 10 year old garage.First, Steve was awesome. He came out quickly after the quote request, did a thorough estimate. He was well prepared, had printed materials and very organized.There was no pressure, and gave me the time to think and decide on the quote.After I shopped his price, I determined that with the warranty, the quality of the product, they were the folks to go with.Then, he was able to fit me in earlier and get me a slot in their super busy schedule.When it came to the install, I had two appointments. First, to do concrete levelling and then to do the floor itself. Dion led the installation, and it’s rare to meet such a nice guy who cares so much about the work.After the dust settled, I can say I am thoroughly happy with my floor, and the whole experience.If I ever move and need another floor, you bet I’ll be calling them.
