Absolutely awesome experience. Hayley is very friendly and just overall fantastic. Dropped my IPad off for screen replacement, screen protector install and a protective case in the morning on a Friday, and was able to pick it up by end of day. Andreas gave top quality customer service. He had to order in a repacement battery for my 9-year old laptop and his time estimate for its arrival was accurate. When the battery arrived I was pleasantly surprised he could install it in just two hours. Wow! I didn't even need to leave my laptop overnight. And I paid way less than the quote I got from Best Buy in Kelowna. Thanks for a pleasant experience, Andreas!

My cell phone was dead the other morning. I tried everything to get it to work with no luck. Went to see the gentleman at Repair Express and he had it working in minutes. Apparently a known bug/glitch with the new iPhones (13+). He was very pleasant and friendly and there was no charge. It was a wonderful experience! Thanks.
