vVirgin Mobile Over charge me every monthVirgin Mobile overcharge me every single month . The next month they over charge me again. I am in hell with them every single month for overcharging me. second people call me and tell me my phone is not on. it's turned off. The phone is on all the time. They promised me one free month that was 4 months ago and now they just pretend they never did so in short you get bad service you get overcharged and no phone line when people call. do not touch this company or buy any products from them you will be sorry like me I am so stressed every month. Now I decided to terminate the contract beand the want me to pay monthly charge for the phone while I am paying for the whole phone. At same exact time and here is my bill to prove it .

Fariha was on point and on fire. She salvaged my expectations of Virgin.Definitely coming to see her in a few months to do the phone upgrade.

To be completely honest with you Fariha was so helpful, nice , most charming employee I’ve ever seen. She had answers to every question I had and convinced as to why I should get a plan with virgin. She explained to me every thing clearly that I didn’t have any questions to ask.
