Great all around! Very thorough exams and follow-ups, particularly the contact fittings! Nice selection of frames as well. Everyone was very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly! I'm quite pleased that I found Victoria Vision eye Care!

Dr. Webster treats both myself and my young daughter. I find her to be thoughtful, thorough and approachable. She's helped me track and investigate several eye issues and is obviously concerned with my long-term health. My daughter also loves coming to see her to take care of her eyes. The office staff are superb.

The wonderful staff at Victoria Vision Eye Care have not only helped fit me with glasses to help with migraines and cluster headaches but also fit me with contact lenses that do not leave my eyes sore and dry. Thank you for being so thorough and actually listening to your patients symptoms, not all optometrists in Victoria do!

Great service, selection, and care from this locally owned business. The staff were very helpful in frame suggestions. They were also very flexible setting up a scheduled time to come in mid-pandemic. Frame selection is fantastic and affordable. Our family has received thorough eye exams (and contact lense fittings) with Dr. Heidi for several years. We love the glasses and the vision we come away with. So much better than any online stores. My recent experience was so great that I needed to finally write a review!

What a GREAT find. I checked around for a location that does direct billing and was realized this one was only a few blocks away. I decided to take a look and went inside to confirm they do direct billing. The individual assured me they do and asked if I would like to see an optometrist in a few minutes. I was shocked and said YES. After an initial check by the friendly technician I met with Dr. Bonner. What a friendly person who explained my current status in a language I understood. I was then taken to another technician who assisted in choosing the right frame and was told my new glasses should arrive in a couple of weeks.A great service by friendly professionals..... what more could you ask for ?Thank You So Mucj

Dr Webster is so good at her job. She is accommodating, insightful and patient. I recommend her to anyone who will listen.I am surprised that a new building does not have an assessibility button to open the door.

Friendly and amazing staff, They were able to help me in what seemed like no time at all while making the experience extremely pleasant. One thing they did for me this morning was help fix a pair of glasses and WOW they were straight, clean and felt like new!

My husband booked appointments for both of us that were supposed to be taking place right now. Supposed to, because the reception emailed us 4 hours before the appointment to cancel, and left a voicemail (no record of a phone call, not even on my phone records, only the vm!), when we were already out.Not only that, we weren’t supposed to drive, so we walked in the pouring rain only to be turned out, essentially ruining my only day off work this week.My husband had rebooked, but we will be cancelling (and RESPECTFULLY ahead of time)I wouldn’t bother here unless you want your time wasted!
