Friendly staff! Quick service! Good experience. Only lost a star because my car didn’t have snow tires on and I didn’t feel to comfortable driving when it was snowing but I had to because I was there in a business trip.

At the davisville station the staff is rude. Their behaviour is obnoxious when you ask any queries or complain about anything. For example when i told them the car's mileage is not great they just asked me to return the car and said they have no other car's available. Even though Avis customer service said cars were available at that specific location. I would not recommend anyone in my company to take cars from them. I was a regular customer with them as i take rental for work.

Excellent service. I rented a car for a week and at pick up had tons of questions which were patiently answered! pick up and drop off were smooth - Pravin is great!!! Will only rent from here for future!

I was in and out in 10 mins. Really quick service.They need 2 piece of I'd for some reason. So don't forget to take 2 id's. Never had to show 2 id's before. May be because all the car thefts recently.

I've rented from this place at least 10 times, the last rental had an intense wobble when breaking, felt unsafe. The desk clerk knew this before renting out the car because he asked how far we were going, even though we have unlimited kilometers. Don't rent the white Toyota Corolla with 70.000 km+ on it.

Pravin is awesome. I have rented a car a few times from here and the service has been great. The pick up and drop off is smooth. If you have any questions, Pravin is always so helpful. He is flexible with pick up and drop off times as well. Definitely would be a long time customer. Keep up the good work Pravin!

This is my 1st interaction with this location and I must say - Pravin (Store Manager) has been incredible. I called in seeking assistance (had a bad experience with another car rental company, NOT Avis and needed a car right away; I called into his location 2xs within 30 minutes and Pravin answered all my telephone questions with patience and went above and beyond with offering options. Although I ended up booking online at another Avis location (due to the other location had longer hours) - Pravin treated me as if I was a direct customer of his.Thanks Pravin! Your Customer Service is Appreciated and Recognized!

There’s no winter tires. No mention of winter tires, if it’s a snowy day and you’re on the road you’re probably gonna die and it’s your problem. This place this garbage and doesn’t care about your safety. Head office can contact me, I’m contacting them tomorrow. These people are out of their minds.

Great Service. I needed a rental on short notice for a family emergency. The manager Pravin, was extremely compassionate and understandinh. He helped me rent from the Yonge location and return to the Davisville location free of charge.
