I had to dispute them with my bank because these clowns were just wasting my time and energyCustomer Care is terrible I've been lied to and strung along for 2 months1) They don't deliver your door if you're in an apartment. Then they lied bout their delivery times2) They shipped my package back to sender after i paid for my duties and taxes and requested it be sent to a pick up location.3) They lied about sending me a confirmation email. I requested one because they said that i didn't file a dispute claim (i did) which is why i requested some form of validation. because they didn't even give me confirmation for my first dispute request. Ive been waiting 2 months going on 3 for my money. They are known for doing this to ppl and most people let the get away with it which is why they continue to do it.4) They always have excuses and no solutions. They are professionals at evading your questions - no further details - but we'll escalate your request" Ive been in contact with my sender and they haven't reimbursed them for their lack of service."

Two gentlemen who own this store are very friendly and helpful. They are fast enough and you won't have to wait long to receive the service. The store is located in a large plaza that allows you to visit for several purposes such as grocery shopping, dining, skin care, etc.

The service here is very good. However, their services(Printing and photocopies) are quite pricey. Shipped a return package with no issues. The only other time I've been here was when staples was closed and this was my last resort.

Do not leave anything at this location without obtaining a proper receipt for your items. I dropped off a package - the clerk told me to leave my item on the table along with other packages on Jan 7th, 2022 and did not give me a receipt. When my item did not arrive at the company 5 days later that i was returning it to . I called them he was very pleasant when we spoke on the phone but told me that they do not get paid by UPS to give receipts for items that are dropped off at the store. I have no idea if my item was stolen by someone at the store or what happened as it was not scanned.I am out 260 dollars as my item was left at that location without it being scanned into the UPS system and was not trackable in the UPS system.DO NOT leave any items here without getting a proof of drop off. I do not know if my item was stolen when just left on their table. I have had to contact UPS who told me that this store is responsible if your item is dropped off as the sender. When i called the clerk told me that they do not keep track of what leaves their location form UPS - i cannot believe that they have no record even from UPS of how many items are picked up from there . I notice another review also said that they would not give them a receipt or print off - do not trust anything. Take pictures of your item left there as proof as they will not take responsibility.So if your package is lost the ownership is on YOU and this store takes no responsibility for you items left there.

I was in the area and in a rush to get some printing done. I got such great service that I ended up going there the week after to ship some things out. The staff there are very friendly, made recommendations for me to save time and money. Will be back!
