Very nice showroom. Polestar 1 and Polestar 2 on display. Along with displays showing exterior colour options, interior trim options, and rims. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.I took the Polestar 2 for a test drive, and was very impressed. I'll let reviews for the vehicle speak for themselves, but this vehicle is definitely worth a look for anyone considering it.

Excellent experience. Jacob Francis attended to all my needs and concerns including driving up to my house to pick me up for a test drive so I could see how it fit in the driveway. I was about to buy a Chevy Bolt and had told the salesman I was coming in later in the day. A friend had previously suggested I look at the Volvo so I did a last minute search and learned about Polestar and fell in love with it. Needless to say, I let the Chevy dealership know I wasn't coming in and the rest is history". So far so great."

Picked up my Polestar 2 from the Oakville Dealership last Friday. Kash was very knowledgeable and helped me rush the order (inclusive of window tinting) to help me out since I had to unexpectedly quickly replace my main commuter car. Kash was (and continues to be) very attentive. The purchasing process was easy and quick, and I love the new EV. Looking forward to driving it for many years to come.

Finally took delivery of our very own Polestar 2 last week and we're absolutely thrilled!I first visited Polestar Toronto in June last year for a test drive and I was instantly hooked. I'd test driven 2 other leading EVs and for me, neither compared to Polestar 2 in styling, handling, manufacture quality (I could go on and on).Polestar Specialist Jacob took me for the test drive and he was our contact throughout the ordering & delivery process and was always available for any questions we had along the way. Definitely look out for him when you visit.If you're in the Greater Toronto Area and looking to make the jump to electric, you MUST drop by Polestar!

Picked up my new Polestar 2 yesterday and I couldn't be happier! The car is a joy to drive and anyone who is considering getting into an EV, I would highly encourage you to try out a Polestar as well.I would also recommend you ask for Prakash when you do go. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to EV's and from start to finish, he made my entire experience extremely easy and pleasant. The purchase of the vehicle was simple and fast as well - absolutely no issues. He was always readily available to answer any questions that I had and this level of attention was very much appreciated.

We've had our P2 for just over 4 months and are very pleased. It's a great car. Very solid and high quality build. Has handled very well through the snow and now we're looking forward to some summer driving ahead.Home charging app calculates about $50 of electricity for a whole month's average driving! Comfortable ride and amazing acceleration. It turns heads almost everywhere we go.Ashley, Millar, and Sam at the Yorkville dealership took great care of us and handled all the details. We just showed up and drove away. They've been super quick to answer questions afterward too.Thanks Polestar gang!

Jacob Francis is your guy. You'd think he was buying the car personally, with the high level of attention to detail, consistent follow up, and effort to go above and beyond to ensure that not only is the customer happy, but that expectations, at a minimum, are exceeded.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Polestar Toronto and Jacob Francis to anyone looking for a premium EV experience!

Just picked up my P2 today. This is a car that we received from our network marketing company as car bonus, so we were super excited and we took a lot of time to take photos and videos. My partner Ferisherry wasn’t able to be here as she’s in California now, so I brought along a photo of her. Yeah it’s weird… but I want her here during this special moment.. Silas didn’t laugh at us, was excited for us and waited patiently for us. Silas was great help, very professional, know all his stuff. I had a good experience here and will be back again in Dec to pick up my other P2 with my other partner …. Thank you Polestar & Silas for the exceptional services & experiences. It was a long wait but well worth it. Loved the star under the glass roof.
