I attended the Workready Microsoft Office program for 6 weeks at this centre and found it very helpful and informative.The trainer Maurice was excellent and very supportive. If you want to do a computer course I will definitely recommend this place. Very helpful staff there.

Over the past six weeks at Peel Adult Learning CenterI have learned a lot in Excel, Microsoft Office, and PowerPoint and now have the confidence in looking for work. I would highly recommend this Workplace Ready Computer course. It is an excellent course and definitely prepares a person with the skills necessary to be successful at the workplace. The course instructor, Maurice James, is a knowledgeable, helpful and patient instructor who engages his class in a meaningful learning environment.

One of the best places to get your GED. Miss Tan and Cynthia were wonderful teachers, patient and very knowledgeable. I can only recommend this place to everyone who wants to get their GED. I had a wonderful experience during my 8 months of study at PALC to obtain my GED. Cynthia and Shannon are great instructors who truly care about each students success. It is a very inclusive environment where everyone is treated with respect. I passed all 5 subjects on my first attempt. I have never been good at math, but Cynthia taught me a lot, to the point where I feel confident in my math abilities. I will always remember this place. Thank you PALC!.

I started at PALC with a little knowledge of school subjects and almost no knowledge about math. I left school for so long and I forgot everything about it + English is not my first language so I thought it will be impossible for me to take the Ged, but as I started.. the teachers assessed me and made special lessons for me as they did for everyone to make me reach my goal and be ready to take the Ged exam. I eventually took the Ged exam and passed all the subjects from the first attempt and that’s all because my teachers guided me step by step and made sure I am being well prepared. Thanks for everyone who works in Palc and made students like me reach their goal and take their high school equivalency.

I did my GED preparation in PALC Mississauga and I passed all the subjects at first. Instructors Cynthia and Shannon are amazing and the learning environment is respectful and easy going.
