I have been banking with the James Bay branch over the last year and have had such a wonderful experience with Michael. He always seems to be the face I get to see when I come in and he’s always kind, insightful and incredibly helpful. He definitely makes my business banking experience less stressful. Thanks heaps for all you do Michael!

I just wanna talk about the FABULOUS customer service I'm receiving from Bryan and and Kees!It's been almost a year am dealing with the branch in Menzies St, and I'm literally feeling home when am there. It's always been a nightmare to me to go to a bank, but now I prefer going there than doing my thing onlineThey must be rewarded for that. They are an asset to BMO definitely

Exceptional customer service. Excellent and knowledgeable staff. Michael always makes my banking experience very painfree. I would highly recommend this branch.

Asked for a bank statement for my account and was met with confusion and given a text printout without the proper information on it.Tried to clarify and have the correct information retrieved and got no more response.Not impressed.

Jacob was a total life saver! He took us through several tricky transactions, explained everything understandably and succinctly, and was very patient and generous with his time. Thanks so much!

I bank here often and the staff, from the manager Jay to the assistant Dan to the teller level Mary are all above average service.

Very friendly, helpful but call for an appointment first

I recently moved to BC and during our first few days of unpacking found out my card had been compromised and frozen because of suspicious charges.I spent all morning on the phone being transferred around with no help and eventually told id have to find a physical branch to go into.When i went in to the James Bay branch and explained the situation the staff were amazing. The man originally helping me was sympathetic and helpful and quick to try to get things figured out for me. The man working beside him ended up helping me as well and between the 2 of them they had everything sorted in no time and had gone above and beyond. They completely turned around what had been a very stressful morning. Looking forward to doing my banking here now that i live in the neighborhood.
