Kyle from the Pillar To Post Martiniuk Team was excellent to work with. He performed a very thorough post-purchase inspection of my new (older) house. He encouraged me to follow along with him if I wanted and he discussed his findings with me throughout the inspection. He followed up with a very detailed report the same day. He welcomed my questions both during and after the inspection. He is not at all alarmist. He is very professional and a great communicator. I never felt the least bit uncomfortable while he was in my home.My house has a crawlspace with just a small window opening for access and Kyle managed to get into the crawlspace through this window to complete that part of his inspection. He noticed a living room window was not closing properly due to a bracket that had been installed backwards. He removed the bracket and re-installed it properly so the window would shut tight! This I thought was going above and beyond and I so appreciated it given the outside temperature was well below zero.The Inspection Report is excellent and my contractor and I will use it as our guide during my planned renovations. For peace of mind, I highly recommend The Martiniuk Team if you are considering a house inspection.
