We live in an older 5 unit row house. Over the years, Action Restoration has done work for all our neighbours, ranging from extensive to minor. No job too big or too small. Recently we had our foundation repointed. This required first removing an unsightly stone covering that seemed to have been blown on. Once removed, the original stone foundation was beautiful, even more so after all the work was completed. Patrick responded quickly to our request for work and monitored the job throughout. Jonathon was a very skilled worker and kept us well informed on the work being done. We are very pleased with the end result.

The Action team did an amazing job to repair our foundation - foundation issues being one of a homeowner’s worst nightmares. The owner, Pat is extremely honest, his pricing is fair, and he is always on site working hard with the rest of his team to ensure the work is of the highest quality. Action Restoration just completed a garage floor re-installation project in our older home. The project grew in scope and intricacy due to unforeseen previous construction anomalies. We had a fantastic experience with Patrick! Our basement started flooding during a big storm through some cracks in our foundation and we noticed the issue around 11pm. Impeccable work! This was a major job involving replacement of a whole section of the foundation, re-building of the front porch and complete brickwork on the front of a 3-level heritage home in Sandy Hill. High quality, detail-oriented work. Patrick was amazingly flexible with all the delays we incurred and he dealt with the challenges that came up (old house...) in a professional and creative manner. Exceptionally honest contractor, will tell you things as they are and will not cut corners. The site was always clean and to the highest standards in terms of safety and security. Patrick really went out of his way to accommodate us and he provided useful tips with the next steps of the renovation (paint, landscaping, electrical etc.). Excellent quality and value + we get lots of compliments on our new front!
