Chad performed a buyer's inspection of a home we were putting an offer on. He took the time to explain each aspect of the process, his findings, and to answer all of our questions along the way..... all before we received his full report. And he made himself available for questions afterward. We really appreciated his thoroughness, knowledge, professionalism, and the quality of his work. We bought a new construction home and wanted to do a home inspection. We had used WIN Home Inspection before and wanted to go with them again. Booking an appointment was easy and quick.Chad was great. We had to reschedule our home inspection at least 3 times due to delays with our builder. On the day of the inspection, we were all surprised when the house wasn't quite ready to be inspected. The furnace hadn't been plugged in, there was a hole in the garage wall, etc. Chad was quick to point all of this out. He also offered to reschedule since there was nothing there for him to inspect.The second attempt for a home inspection went much better. Chad was great at explaining things and pointed out things that could be overlooked. He was very thorough. I highly recommended his services.

Chad from WIN Home Inspection did a professional and thorough inspection of our new constructed home. He was incredibly detailed in explaining his observations, as well as providing helpful information about the key aspects like; the circuit breaker and electrical wiring, water heater, air conditioning, location of water shut-off valve as well as pro and cons materials used for the construction. We really appreciated, that he always made us aware of what service was or was not included in the inspection. The summary and full report with maintenance tips is extremely helpful for the future.
