The #1 reason I’ve continued to return to this location is because of the bank teller, Nelly. She has made my visits much more pleasant with her kindness, patience and efficiency. Thank you for making the otherwise apathetic bank trips an absolute joy!

I came to this branch today because I lost my vallet and banking card. I brought a passport with me and answered all questions but they keep asking me to bring driver license that I can not get because they had my money. The situation escalated very quick but thanks to amazing customer service of Jose. He managed to calm things down and solved all problems quick. Jose should be promoted and as token of appreciation I invested 50k with BMO thanks to Jose.

Valerie li ,She is a very good and patient Personal Banker. Even though my account is not a lot of money haha, she respects my attitude and communicates with me patiently. This is the third time I have asked about Personal Banker. The previous two experiences were in different locations. It’s not very good experiences..... It is expected that I will switch to TD Bank. I met Valerie today and I am willing to continue to use BMO.

Seriously!? I had more than 20 cheques and the teller was putting in the scanner one by one… this same procedure only takes less than 5 minutes at another branch and they took almost 20 minutes… and don’t even mention about the 15-20 minutes wait time before you actually see a teller

Went in to get some loonie rolls today. Was told by an associate that tellers are not open Saturdays at this location, and that he could not assist me. The front doors were open but the walkway was blocked. ATM accessible, as usual. I was referred to the New West or Burnaby locations instead. I don't understand why the bank is technically open Saturdays with this reasoning?

Last year in November, my friend wired US dollar $2440 from this branch and the money was not sent to the recipient, they told my friend that the money was held in US and will come back to my friend’s account, but the worse thing is till now , this bank doesn’t want to refund my friend ! They gave various of reasons to send my friend back …I’ve never heard about this kind of things happened!It’s very disappointing!Just want to remind people have accounts in this BMO to be careful!I would not use this bank any more.

Wow a wall of one stars for BMO. Not surprising. Not the friendliest staff, high outrageous fees for every action with your own money $35 for 6 transactions, locks access to the ATM by 11pm yet all others in area accessible. Also seems the bank is culturally bias when hiring employees. What happened to diversity.
