Upper Canada Mechanical Heating & Air Conditioning

After calling on October 17th, Dan said to text him and email him the information. We did that immediately. We received no reply for a week. We called half a dozen times and received no answer. Then we finally spoke with the answering service and left a message. Then we called Dan again and he said he would call back to set up an appointment. To this date, October 30th, we have heard nothing.

Needed an emergency service call after hours. Responded very quickly and diagnosed issue. Furnaced repaired by next morning before I had to leave for work. Very thankful

Prompt professional service, had my boiler back up running and safe! Corrected faults made by original installers who were a well known company in the Niagara area. I am sticking with this company, Upper Canada Mechanical.

Stopped responding to my messages. My ac and furnace were installed by this company . There is a minor leak from the furnace exhaust line and the cooling/ac stopped working. I’m sure they’re fairly easy fixes, the ac and furnace are less than 2 years old

Furnace would not start. Called owner dispatched rep in15 minutes. Furnace fixed.I moved to the community just over 2 yrs ago I have used the companies services several times. Recently had a humidifier installed on the furnace it was professionally installed by two service men. Furthermore I have recommended the company to people I know to purchase and install a new furnace.

Excellent, professional service from a very competent company.We experienced a sudden loss of heating with our furnace and called Dan at Upper Canada Mechanical Heating and Air Conditioning.Although very busy with calls due to stormy weather the night before, Dan very kindly squeezed us into his schedule and was at our door in less than an hour.Our problem was quickly and expertly diagnosed and before running to pick up parts, he insisted on ensuring our home was temporarily heated to a comfortable temperature before leaving.We were kept well informed of his progress by text and he even checked on us by phone to ensure we were still warm enough.In less than 3 hours start to finish, we were back up and running normally.This is truly above and beyond Old School Service". Great responsiveness and very professional service. Dan was accessible and available on his cell and this made it easy to schedule a time for him to come inspect our HVAC service. He was honest and straightforward. He had an opportunity to sell us on a new air conditioner, but was honest about it being able to last longer.
