Whellz the lovely lady was extremely nice to me for my first time visiting. I came unpaired with no documents. She was really sweet because she was patient and guiding me how to send documents online step by step. Really Generous of her , I didn’t have to waste time and drive back home and she made sure my money was transferd , hope I may visit Whellz again for any future inquiries .

There was a man who helped me with my WU transaction today.He was very nice and polite. He taught me about the WU app and how to redeem my points.Excellent customer service, transaction was quick and seamless!I definitely come again here.

I go to this location once a month and have been dealing with Parm x amount of times. He is so friendly, kind and professional. He always answers any questions I have and gives his 100000%. Because of him I go to this location and nowhere else. I pray each time when I go that he is there because he makes my experience run smooth and good vibes. If I could give 100 stars for his service, I would.P.S. I tried going onto money mart feedback website but wasn't able to complete anything.Thank you Parm! Keep up the good work!

I sent some money internationally and hit some complications. The friendly staffs in this location helped me out tremendously to resolve it. They went above and beyond. A special THANKS to this young Filipina woman that works there. She did an amazing job!

First of all I want to thank you Western Union and all staffs. They always provide a great service, competency accommodating and friendly atmosphere. Today, staff Whellz helps me with my transaction and notified me of an opportunity to redeem a points with myWU to which I have not heard from others about this since I have tons of points now. She provided me infos on how or where to do it. Great customer service.
