Trinity Water and Septic

I was sent a message before the Technician Justin arrived with a photo of him this is good because these days!!!!! He arrived shortly after and was very professional in his demeanour and explained to me what he wanted to do and did! Very professional!

Really impressed with this company. Service tech Justin was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and very efficient. He even placed the decorative well structure back in place and shut the gate after himself. I also appreciated that the company sent a photo of our tech prior to the visit. Nice security feature. Thank you for that.

I was out of water at my house. Something went wrong with our well (which is from the 80s). Trinity staff were able to come to my place the same day I called and solved what turned out to be an electrical issue.They were very friendly and knowledgeable. I'd recommend them for future work.

I had a wonderful experience with this crew.i appreciated the clear communication through text about the appointment and the techs that arrived we very friendly, helpful and efficient. From first call to job done, Trinity was great. Ashley was a pleasure to chat with when I called in, very helpful and accommodating. When Scott came out, he was right on time, friendly and even though it meant running quite a bit of hose he was able to keep on my gravel driveway. It has been raining for a week and I was concerned about a big truck on our lawn. Not a problem, he killed it. I also received a follow up from Ashley, that was a nice touch. Trinity will be our septic and well provider going forward.

My husband & I used Trinity for a new septic system install. We found the technicians to be wonderful & easy to work with, as well as very friendly & patient with our questions. They did a great job of the plan and install and they got the job done on time once the weather cooperated.The review would be 5 stars if just based on that, but I took 1 star off for the front desk/customer service experience. I found Erika to be a bit cold to deal with & not very friendly. Shauna was awesome via email text and phone.I would suggest:- if you are going to have to change the install date for whatever reason, call your customers & tell them over the phone instead of putting it in the email when you send the estimate. For a customer juggling a new house build & all the services, that's stressful news that's better received over the phone.- Realize that sometimes people can't just drop $15K in one shot. We had to pay the final invoice in 2 chunks less than 2 days apart & it just never seemed like we were moving fast enough.All in all everything worked out but it would've been AMAZING if the customer service side was as on point as the technicians.

We had a unique problem where no regular trucks could get in to empty our septic tank as it was way over an embankment. Trinity was able to back up and run hoses out and down with no problem and completed the process with expertise. It was fast and effective. They also gave us an update on the condition of the tank and what we may need to do for the future.Amazing people to deal with and awesome customer service.

Amazing service when our septic backed up, they were there within an hour of calling on a Friday afternoon! Got us pumped out and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently! Friendly staff and excellent service! Would highly recommend to anybody with septic issues!
